I have had this phone for almost two years. I loved it for a while. Now, i hate this phone. It won't hold its charge for more than an hour when you fully charge it and it is soooo slow. It is an ok phone. I really want a new one though.

I had this phone as my first at&t phone then once this broke got the samsung impression then it started freezing and i got the iPhone 3gs. The iPhone is a really awesome phone but i wouldn't of taken it over the impression if the impression wasn't freezing. This phone was hard to use and boring lol.

the vu is great works perfectly.  this happened to me dont charge the battery alot or the battery will lose life quickly. its a strong touchscreen also cuz i dropped it on concrete alot nd there was no scratches or breaks. dont charge and talk on the phone at the same time unless you need it cuz it will overheat.

this phone sucks :p had it since march of 09 and now its a piece of junk. battery sucks. if you text a lot DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! it gets scratched way to easily. i can't even count how many scratches are on my phone. the camera sucks..nuff said on that one. doesn't hold that many texts in the inbox/sent box. internets ok i guess. who ever said that this phone is better than the iphone is wayyy wrong. my brother has the iphone 3GS and its 10000000x better then this piece of garbage

Hm... arguments seem to go both ways. guess people just have their opinions. I've had this phone for 2 years (got it around the time it came out.) There was a charging issue, but they gave me a new one free. I do indeed like this phone, it has all tha tI myself need in a phone. Calling and Texting. I only have one problem with this phone and that is that you cant set ringtones that arn't already on the phone for when you recieve a text. you can only set ringtones from outside places for calls

phone turns off on its own at least three times a day. Phone randomly dials voice mail without any buttons being pushed.Touch screen nowhere near as efficient or sensitive as iPhone screen.  This phone is a piece of junk-- for those of you who love it, just wait. It will rapidly get worse.

I just got this phone five days ago. it's been great there's nothing really wrong with it. the texting is awesome if your fingers are tiny enough for u not to touch multiple letters. you can do many stuff with this phone but it's not exciting. the touch screen i okay and i think the scrolling is fine. also, the camera takes good pictures! i don't have internet or tv so, i can't review that part but i just use it for texting mostly. you should get this phone! i bought one on december 20th 2008 and 3 days ago its touch screen lost its touch (it has never been abused ...dropped or otherwise .... ) there is no reason for this bullshit

dont buy this piece of shit ... they give you a one yr warranty (funny mine broke less than a month after the warranty ran out )

i had the viewty and i do not recommend it. the screen quality is not as nice as the VU. Despite the fact that the Viewty is supposed to be 5MP it looks crappier than my 3MP Cannon camera. Recording videos indoors is nice, but if you take it out into a public place where there's a lot of noise the overall quality goes way down. The touchscreen is also not as good as the VU.

on the contrary, if the Vu is getting on your nerves with being buggy, then i would defintely not recomend the quickfire. That phone has so many bugs, and the heat-sensitive touchscreen is very non responsive at times.

its not an update you install, its an updated phone. ive had both and the latter is actually better. if you're not into touch screens i dont recommend because you may be accustomed and find the feel of real keys much more easier and convenient. But yeah if u got it now it would be the new one

My W180i recently broke and so I bought this phone for 100.....This phone however (unlike my sony), often drops calls, texts often don't send (and store in drafts without vibrating warning), has a 2MP camera that acts as if it was a 1.3MP, the touch screen is often unresponsive or over responsive, and the phone lags horribly while browsing many (100+)
