Because when he shoots over 15 shots a game he's known for his low FG% (CP3), and Dwill is not quick enough or good enough at shooting. CP3 had 3 games in a row one time when Okafor was not in good health where he shot somewhere around 3-11 all three games. That shows what would happen if they were in Rose's shoes.

He barely ever uses his left hand to do a layup. Dwill you could make an argument for, because he is a very good scorer on top of his passing

Because Dwill is not consistently a good scorer. And CP3 is a pure PG. Not a scoring type PG. Derrick Rose fits both molds relatively well.
