Is this the physical plant north of the law school/cemetary?

Yes it is, with the skyscraper type big windows but has big smoke stacks coming out the roof.

yea i live right next to it... kinda want to go take a tour of it... what is it that the trucks are always haulin out of there?

I assume ash from the furnaces. But I may be wrong.

Let me suggest that you use a wireless lav microphone next time. That might reduce the loud background noice and increase the understandability of the speaker. I really could not understand him at all.

Fairly warm really, mostly because it was snowing earlier outside that day in Wyoming and going into a building full of furnaces and boilers with all your sweaters and coats on can warm up fairly quickly.
