Its is a test to see if all your keys are still working. With some Casio's its also to adjust the contrast.

You seem to perform diagnosis tests, that´s all. What you did could be a keybord diagnosis test of your calculator. Such tests alre almost always accessible via special key press combinations, which you seem to do at the start. Only my 2 cents.

My guess would be that you entered a diagnostic mode used to test the input of each button, it said OK because every button passed, but thats just a guess

Since this is to test the dot matrix (pixels) and the buttons, it is quite ovious that the OK is there to tell you that everything works fine, I can only assume that the number 4 is probable some serial number as by reading other comments i can see that not all calculators match. Thus leaving me with one explanation the number 4 is a code (ex serial number, production number, version 4.0 etc)
