The description says it is a 1956 Desoto Diplomat but the car is actually a 1954 Desoto Diplomat series made in Detroit and sold in export markets like Mexico. The only market that still used this body style in 1956 was Australia and it would have been RHD I have one of them that is a UTE basically a El Camino body style that was only offered in Australia
@roadkillontheweb Oooh..I'd like to see that! You should post a video of it. I love seeing American cars/trucks that were made for the export market, they always had something different from the ones made for the U.S. market (besides RHD).
