Lou Rawls at the Greek in L.A in 1968 was the first concert my future wife and I attended together. "Thats when I was 17" We had front row seats which cost $7.50 per seat. Lou Rawls had a big band and it was just an awsome concert experience. Shirely Bassey was the opening act. Thanks for posting, Lou lives on in our hearts.

Damn! His voice remained freakishly unchanged for over four decades. Aside from a few spontaneous vocal lines and accents, the song could be straight from the record. I think he was a fairly heavy smoker as well which makes his voice even more impressive. Amazing
