@snooplikesbacon In your opinion. I don't believe Howard has enough passion behind his voice to sing Jesse's songs (not saying Jesse could sing Howard's songs either.) The contrast between Jesse's very raw/vindictive screams and his clean singing voice are what made the first two KsE albums untouchable. Not to mention how amazing Jesse's lyrics are compared to Howard's or any other metalcore vocalist's. Howard has a powerful, unique singing voice but his screams are generic compared to Jesse's.

In my opinion, Jesse did this song way better. No offense to Howard, of course he has a great voice. But I think every song on the album "Alive or Just Breathing" is better sung by the singer who wrote them: Jesse.

Of course Howard can sing the later songs better, because he wrote them... But this is one of the "classic Jesse songs" in my opinion. Although I wouldn't mind hearing Jesse sing My Curse or Rose of Sharyn, but they're not his style, you know? ...

There is an interview where Adam says Caparison Guitars are basically Ibanezes. But just really nice ones. I suspect an Ibanez Prestige with some EMG's put in could compete with these guitars. But it's all preference, most guitars sound like this, as long as you can match their setup and configuration you'll be nearly identical.

As Daylight Dies i think is their best album so far, i love all of their albums (been a fan since 2000) seen them every time they have come to the UK aswell. i just think that As Daylight Dies is the best album as far as musicianship is concerned, what with the amount of progression and build-up in the sound of a lot of songs.

Jesse is good at what he did, which in my opinion was a more hardcore feel than a metal feel, where as howard is just fucking metal. No hardcore just fucking metal.
