the damage the giga attack does to Storm Owl depends on how many "shots" hit him. So you get better dmg when you use it next to him . just a tip ^^

Lol. I've beaten all six of the original X games both with and without the cheats(Hadouken, Shouryouken, Ultimate Armor, etc.) It's fun as hell either way, but I found the cheats made the experience much more entertaining cuz I could ANNIHILATE everything in my path! It was most excellent.

storm owl ride armor flies as long as you want. its not limited. a quicker way is to just fly through by the top of the stage and use a charge shot as you progress. also quick way to kill the laser thing in storm owl stage use ryuenjin. it works just as quick if not quicker.

I thought Storm Owl was weak to Zero's Giga Attack, and Cyber Peacock was weak to the spinning slash...

Also, the Giga attack is replenished not only by collecting weapon energy, but also by taking damage. Yeah, you still want to avoid getting hurt, but it's not all bad if your Giga Attack meter is below full...

If timed correctly you can take half of storm owl's health with zeros giga attack. just use it right when hes on top of your sprite since your invincible when doing the attack you can hit him with multiple balls at once.

If I remember correctly, you can deal your full jump circle-slash attack damage on that mini-boss before fighting Storm Owl. I always did that and did some massive damage.

What I did was, of course, jump then slash, turn left as soon as the saber leaves the hitbox while in the air, and turn right again as soon it leaves the hitbox again. Don't remember how much, but I know it did a lot. :P Anyways, nice vids.
