Welfare is a wast of money with out making the fathers pay child support as it not our responsibility to take care of women with child out of wedlock. The USA is deep trouble already as it maybe too late. Maybe what needs to be done is stop the unemployment program to make lazy people go out and get a job. Plus, lower the minimum wage or remove the wage requirement to create more jobs. They also need to cut your job too!

I don't live in Ca but, I feel for all the honest workers/taxpayers. What happens there happens in every other state afterwards. I feel like welfare, foodstamps, free housing & all the other freebies should be cut out. I too strongly believe all illegals should be kicked out which is a huge impact on our economy. If our stupid governments arn't going to do that, then there is no chance in hell for states to survive. Big retirements should go too for ALL.

My guess is CA appeals to fed govt for bailout, congress okays more theft of taxpayer $ to help out the "too big to fail" CA ship, and we watch further implosion of the former U.S.A.
