Awesome song! I saw the Electric Prunes Live in Concert at the Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood in April 1966! It was also the first time I ever smoked pot! Wow! What a trippy evening that was!

Gotta love the old vinyl. There is something missing from the digital recordings that the vinyl had. Most of it is the "sheen" in the low end. The bass was "rubbery" with the vinyl, the CD and MP3 have lost that.

Try this...take the ending of the Sgt. Peppers album at the very end of the substained piano chord and bring in the beginning of this without any interuption..very trippy indeed. Did that in 1969, still have the reel to reel tape i did it on over 40 years ago :-)
