The language of Vietnamese that you hear maybe the sound of Southern accent.

@quantumdude Because the Southern accent does sound a lot more rough than the other accents. Northern accents are a lot more smooth and quiet. Sounding a lot like Cantonese due to the soft tones . As you've said about our cuisine, our food is actually known to battle the common cold and flu because the amount of herb and spice we have. We honestly do not eat cockroaches nor do we eat friend insects, that would be the cuisine of our neighbouring countries .
