Out of all the chars the only one I can actually stand to have in my roster is 5th angel, and that's because I eventually may use it for a joke video (The 5th Angels Are Touhou Jigglypuffs, a spoof on Kajet's famous video The Pylons are Trap Balls).
Actually the rest are just insanely cheap and look weird (though not Nijikaku weird). Uber Rei is the only one that actually has sexual content in it.
9999 HP, other stats are normal for the most part. How anyone could give a char OVER NINE THOUUSAAAAND hp and make it a final boss with lotsa spamming attacks is beyond me.
TOMA always screws up characters. Though Marisa actually plays like she does in Immaterial and Missing Powers Story Mode in Lunatic Mode (Where they have insane boss AI) but in MUGEN it's too cheap.
Yeah, I know Marisa is accurate to the original game. Truth is I had a choice of pwning her or pwning SSj5 Goku. Considering SSJ5 goku would've taken a LOT longer to KO, and Snagit produces massive files (this one was a whopping 90 megs X_X ), I decided to select the quicker route and pwned Marisa.
you should try to defeat suika by aotsuki in the 2nd round, and do the same with toma's characters

there is a character named "Sanosuke" HE HAS 2000 LIFE, 1000 ATTACK, AND 500 DEFENCE. If you don't believe me, look him up on youtube.

Yeah, Uber Rei pales in comparison to that guy. Only difference is that Uber Rei has an insanely cheap AI while that guy is dumb as a brick.
