I often think back to Alien Resurrection when I hear this song, where in that one scene Sigourney Weaver who in some way is part of one of the aliens and vice versa is forced to use her maternal authority over one of the half breed off-spring to bring it to its own demise. Even though this track came out before the movie, perhaps it was the inspiration for that scene.

Infertile people or people who have genetic defects "like my self" who wouldnt want to pass them on.could benifet from frozen embryos kinda like egg and sperm banks.

Can you believe this was made back in 1994? It sure kicks the shit out of all the hellektro/harsh EBM/aggro-industrial I hear nowdays.
The way he finishes the song is just terrifyingly intense:
