2:50 The police said to never try to stop a criminal cause its dangerous, yet I was watching an episode of Caught on Camera the other day and news reporters were dogging out the bystanders who were caught on camera standing around while people were getting beaten, stabbed, robbed etc. Personally I would have to agree with the Cop on this cartoon. It is much safer to just call the police instead of trying to stop a mad man (or woman) yourself.

Basically it should be an individual choice whether or not to help. But we should not shun those who choose not to jump in during a violent attack.

Man there is a way to clean your neighborhood of evil things. You just get a canister of propane and open that sucker up in the middle of town and all that evil is sucked away. When you hear the Rooster,all is okay .Too Hero . But it hit me, Propane is made from lighter fluid with charcoal dissolved in it and then its compressed. So I got a small empty canister and put a piece of charcoal in and fluid. Left a small opening and set it on the deck. A day later I heard a blue bird sing
