Idiot,he purposedly has a jamaican/musulman/whatever-you-call-it accent because he wants to experiment different stuff,different sounds,different music styles and I personally think that it fits perfectly with the song and his style and voice....dumdum..and he does speak perfect english,or as far as his accent permits him so :P not even the british and american speak it 100% corectly :)
