I wouldn't recommend WhiteChapel, Veil of Maya, Dying Fetus, After the Burial or Born of Osiris. They're not similar and not technical at all.. I'd say Origin, Anata, and maybe Spawn of Possession.

Anata, Origin, and Spawn of Possession, are nothing like The Faceless.(I like Anata and Origin, so im not just talkin shitand pale in comparison as far as technicality goes. They all have pretty sweet Death Metal drums, decently technical. But for guitar there is no comparison, all they are is rapid picking and pentatonic scales, no progressive movement whatsoever like the faceless has.

WhiteChapel and Dying Fetus arent, but i hope your not saying that Veil of Maya or Born of Osiris isnt technical. That have some of the oddest time changes and rythms that I have heard, if anything those two bands are the children of meshuggah due the technicality of thier music.
