  • Ugggggggggh, I hate when ppl step on the bench like that! Pet peeves. Get a box to step up on. Good stuff though!

  • Many people advise people to workout when they are at least 15 and I'm 13 but I started to workout and trust me, you don't have to be 15 years old.

  • @XXXCompAssesXXX the thing is many people don't finish growing until around 15 to 18 and if you work out at a young age it can stunt your growth

  • @StevieIsKool I'm 14 as of June 1st so will it do anything? Btw I use my own body for resistance by doing pull ups, push ups, and well this isn't my body, but dumbbell curls.

  • @XXXCompAssesXXX well i mean, its not bad to work out just to keep in shape you know? its just not to go to be maxing out to soon. Work your way up to the harder stuff as you age.

  • im no personal trainer, and you may have bigger triceps and everything, but i do know that your form on the tricep extensions, are not good. elbows should be in at all times, to prevent elbow damage. But other than that good video man, you got my thumbs up.

  • @MrKlipz2 u should do light dumbell excercises u dont wanna over work your muscles at that age cause there still developing.
