was able to beat him just now...my tip for you dude...branching are the most effective technique against big guys like him...bring in all the aggressive ones and keep on harassing chaos until it dies...that's all i did...killed him with cloud and warrior of light^^...my build is full of lufenian items..watch out for his hp attacks though..it hurts like hell when it hits
each of feral chaos' attacks are 70 CP each and his HP is like every other person's so have hero's spirit ready and don't set your hopes too high for him (i know this b/c ive already unlocked him and got him to lv. 100)

@SuperEarl03 yes, it helps and you should also equip him with 2 hero's spirits and a hero's essence which would give him a extra move(or one of his disable ex lock, assist lock, or hp depletion abilities), which would make his CP 510, but don't expect to be able to equip everything that you would want on him like with most everybody else, and yes it is fun to use him:3
@MrSten4 you only killed the manikan, the real one is the last gateway in the game where he's at LV. 130 and he has 125thou hp. kill that one and you unlock him (his DEF is bad)
After you use Innonce you have a choice either use your ex move or keep doing damage to him before your ex gauage run's out. With Ex to bravery you will gain bravery based on how much damage you do to him. You bravery will go up but I would use my ex move anyway because he has so much health your bravery will automatically go up to 8000 or 9999. He's dangerous so make sure you have an assit I had to use alot of them or else he''ll kill you. Remember with Gabranth stay in the air all the time.
Feral Chaos I have to say he was a challenge but compared to Inward Chaos Feral Chaos was easy Inward Chaos is harder. Now he does have alot of health and he could kill you in one shot in one second. That much I know but the thing is Feral Chaos has bad aeriel recovery just have Gabranth stay in the air make sure you have the ability which allow's you to boost his bravery. Exp to bravery. Charge up your ex make sure your attack is 180 keep hitting him with innonce.
The real Feral Chaos was much easier then the manikin feral chaos because you can actually cause bravery damage throughout the whole fight without causing zero damage than in the fight with the manikin feral chaos. i defeated both of the chaos using my whole party to my last character which was cloud. and they were all level 100.
To defeat the two Feral, just use golbez with nightglow and genesis rock... you only have to stay ground the more you can, and use nightglow, that makes you invincible to all chaos' attacks... if you're on air try to use Genesis Rock... but you have to stay ground to defeat him... try it, it work, I unlocked Chaos with only Golbez ;)

@rinoaheartilly2635 The easiest way to beat feral chaos was useing Gabranth useing him is like useing the cheap way so this was my stragedy. Level 100 Gabranth I used Innonce everytime I charged up Gabranth's Ex I got in mid air and used Innonce. I noticed 2 things Feral Chaos has bad aeriel recovery so every time you charge up your ex guage do it in mid air. When he's about to attack you knock him down by useing Gabranth's spin attack vortex of judgement. Stay in mid air at all time's.
i had cloud at lvl 100 using lvl 60 and 30 equipment lol and i got him only to 35k and then i used zidane lvl 80ish and cheaped out got him down to 8k then i ended with squall lvl 70 cheaped out lol and that was it for the first fight i need them all at max if i want to finish my fight with him at 125k if i heard right
Still can't reach ultimate chaos though I'm on one of the land of discord boards and a lot of the 123-127 charaters are blocking my way.. also am I the only one who thinks it fucked up that Square had to fuck up the excore so that you cant block hp attacks and then always cancel youre ex burst so that u keep critical bravery bashing till u get 9999 bravery ... the slow down thing is so usseless!?

When I went up against the lvl 130 Chaos I ahd Tifa, Lightning, Sephiroth, Squall and Cloud in that order, all were equipped with lvl 100 items and Cloud had his exclusive lvl 100 weapon,. I had everyone's accessories equipped with valor resin/insense, Arcane resin/insense and Life resin/incense. From there I used those characters to drain the HP. IT helps to have a lot of the crit bonus abilities mastered and have many as possible especially include hero's essence and such to raise CP.
@HeavyMetalJesus02 Just use Kuja and spam(LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT) Ultima on feral chaos. Just make sure you're at the sky. or use Yuna and spam megaflare.
my team only had terra at lvl 100 and the rest below 80 never saw him coming but I just stayed in the air using Terra's attacks cause he rarely goes up too high, still failed though but I only just gpt her to 100 so I retry wen i have the right equipment and lvled up my Party which is WoL, Cloud, Tidus, Zidane and Terra as the leader.
i used WoL, Sephiroth, Zidane, Onion Knight, and Gabranth. Just use that midair 2 circle tap move, chase and Square finish with sephiroth to take chunks out of his health. use zidane's mastered booster 8 with meo twister and/or free energy and/or grand lethal. onion knight and WoL just master BRV combos to learn chainable HP attacks to rape feral chaos. Thats how i won. Using what i did and using even some Lufenian Armor (or pussy out and battle Iai Strike) should grant good results.
i dont think his guy was meant to be beaten. Ex.when i had him a 1 hp, four hour long fight, my PSP died,and i mean died ,i was useing the charger to power it (batery problems) and the power cut
@4salim you fight feral chaos twice. the first time you fight him he has approx. 95,000 HP in his only alt Jade Dissonance. Second time you fight him he has roughly 130,000 HP
Why is everyone talking about their parties? I used Lightning and just her, although it took me about 30 tries i killed Feral Chaos without having to change to the next party member. xD
video-author, you realize this is probably the harder form of Feral Chaos, sure he has less HP but its not like your gonna kill him in less than 60 seconds, once 60 seconds pass, he gets a 90x Boost Multiplier for Damage and Defense meaning he will break you in 1 hit, and your BRV damage on him = 0, so once that kicks in, you just gotta learn his attacks and whittle down his HP till its gone
Party: Warrior of light(just damge his Hp with Hp attacks), then Squall (use blasting zone), then Sephiroth (feral chaos can't dodge his octa slash so you better have one), then lastly the cahracter you are best at........
i consider to just focus on damaging him than taking bravery... cuz his HP maks me fuckin' cry...... uhuhuhu well i did mange to beat him thou
Well, what I did on this with Cloud. (this works for a while, but eventually he'll stop doing it. Is that I wait for him to use his aerial slash attack thing, I'd dodge, than quickly do an omnislash vr five on him. Then, quickly do an evade towards him (he'll then do an aerial slash, however, it'll miss and you can just pretty much repeat that until for some reason he stops.) Then you have to wait for him to do it again. Also, in the beginning, you should use more bravery than hp attacks.
@MrZaross Yeah I spazed out with megaflare, but couldn't beat him and she was my 4th character in my party, so my first 4 characters knocked down his health from 100000 to 51000, then I used Cloud and mopped up the floor
@Isaac10best personally I was not enough experience with feral, (had like 2 real fight , I mean not a spam attack all the time.....)so cloud got killed easily even though I used him for like 250 hours of gameplay in the first dissdia lawl, vaan too was bad at this, again same reason so.....well let's say only lightning and yuna did some serious domage, girl power? lolol
@MrZaross Cloud was the only person in my party who I didn't spam out with a certian attack, I'm way better with cloud than I thought. I equiped the Large (3000) Gap in Bravery booster accesory (X 1.5) because most of the time either he'd be 3000 Bpoints ahead of me or I'd be 3000 ahead of him. But I brave broke him a good bit of times even once while he was in his "Lower your opponets bravery" mode and the clock's up and stuff.
@MrZaross Me neither. I just instantly blocked anytime either one of us was wallrushed and attacked and since i had ripostte and counterattack equipped I pretty much had insrued critical hits which is how i did most my bravery breaks on him
@Isaac10best he's easier to broke there, because after his attack he hit a bit to sand you to the "other dimension" so, if you're fast you can broke him at any rate it's only because I was not used to his path of attack that I didn't use cloud, for chaos, the normal one I've kill him in the level 130 mode without get hit one time, ^^ I'm pretty good with him, only if I know how the ennemy hits
Easiest way is to use Onion Knight and just spam Comet at him . Makes him run when he throw meteors at him . And since the map is small , you can easily get the last hit on him with abit of practice .
=O i got soooooooooo lucky playing as lvl 80 Cloud, managed to pull of ALOT of Omnislash Ver.5 and dodged his forward lunge attacks. Cloud took care of 40,000 hp and WoL (bitter end b) and Squall (Blasting Zone) took care of the rest.
this guy keep kicking my ass but the i did the ap farming with golbez and got all his stuff mastered. then just spammed genesis rock. beat him in one shot

all the accessories were for brave recovery and wall rush hp damage. then had summon stone zalera for back up (breaks opponent when there bravery is 9999, because that is GOING to happen in this battle)

NO no no no... The best way to beat this ass even with 125k life is... TERRA ... and u need no equipment at all... just go all the way up the stage and fireball fireball fireball fireball. all u have to do is to fire 125 fireballs. good luck. (And if he reach u up there ...use tornado... he will fall)
I cannot beat this bastard. Your video is exactly what happens to me every time. With all 5 of my characters, the best I ever did was get him down to half health. Spamming Tornado with Terra was working really good for me. But her Tornado move also leaves her WIDE OPEN right after it finishes. Then he does that fish smash attack that eats all my Bravery. Then it's all downhill from there.
I used Cloud too to beat Feral Chaos. He kept doing the same attack on me and I would Back Dodge that would get me behind him and omnislash v.5 him again.
You did it with close range attacks? I wouldn't even attempt that, that is some amazing stuff. Reverse air dash on Cloud of Darkness. Spam Fuilisade (spelling it wrong probably) Particle Beam. If he gets anywhere near you O-Form Particle Beam. I hear Terra full charge meltdown spam works just as well. Golbez with Sector Ray and Genesis rock too. I suppose in short all the "mage types" could sit back and spam ranged to win.
imo, the level 130 version is way more fun to fight. this version's absolute defence thing makes it such a gay chipfest. I'd recommend Ultimecia for the fight anyway. she can pretty much hide behind her spears and arrow>axe combo him down. got the fight up on my channel if you guys are interested. also, I've not tried it but the iai strike/wall rush/exp to brv setup looks extremely effective :)
Actually, the easiest way to beat the REAL VERSION is to use Sephiroth's Octaslash, then dodge backwards, then if Sephiroth got killed, use Golbez's Sector Ray or Genesis Rock in the air, if Golbez dies, use Firion's Master of Arms or the other one in the air...Forgot the name.And it's okay if you get break.IT'S NORMAL!
@Kousenwolf13 the funny thing i use wol golbez kain cloud and kuja but kuja was lvl 5 and i manage to survive 21 min cause the song played three times for kuja
not sure if many people know this but terra is the easiest way if you have jecht as an assist and have mastered holy combo then all you need to do is fly to the top (like many people suggest) and spam holy combo then use ultima. he normally dodges but after a while use brv assist and use holy combo the moment he dodges jecht. works on all chaos's
Got to the top of the stage, used a Mid-Air Flare, then used Starfall and hovered near the Flare, Feral Chaos will try to hit you while avoiding the Flare, then Starfall hits him and he goes "BOOM!"
After that, cast another Mid-Air Flare, then Starfall.
I found that the best way to kill the 130 feral chaos with 125k hp is with Firion. Seriously, feral chaos just does not know how to dodge lord of arms...
But you could use level gap 90, 80 and 70 and set your character under 40 for a 99.9x booster. Then Iai strike is 100% chance and if you want then safety bit also ensures you survive with 1hp. With EXP -> HP you practically can't die. Wall rush accs make it even faster.
I did it with squall first try .. His HP attacks are SO easy to dodge .. All you need is time
Notably, after 1 minute he will get a x90 accessory bonus and you'll deal 0 damage to him and he can go in EX mode and will regenerate quickly, but you can EX break him ..

I spammed Cecil's Dark Flame with only 700 per hit and I beat it in about 30 mins or so
@xmaplesinxx Pissed me off... No, you don't. Only your level, mastered moves, accessories slots, costumes, and characters. Other than that, honestly, it's pointless. Because if you want to, you can do that in the game anyways...
Yeah, he's powerful. Makes Inward Chaos look like child's play. However, he's slightly less bestial when you use characters with good Brave to HP moves. Zidane, Cloud, Onion Knight, Warrior of Light (never tried it with him, though). The damage for you is upped in the second fight (with the level 130 Feral Chaos), so a heavy hitter like Squall also helps. But yeah, don't even bother to try this if you don't have Omnislash Version 5 and Cloud. Seriously, I only won because of him.
try to get Gabranth as an assist for the lv 130, so you can do Omni. V5, to Gabranth's ground combo, to Omni. V5 again, just repeat this until he dies
@Blackout1140 just master the bravery attac skills and you should have Omnislash v.5 and Finishing Touch branching from one of the bravery attack skills
1. this is just the guys maniken 0.o. recommend spamming omnislash version 5, then move cecil really high and spam the move that fires the symbol that shoots lights, and once a break happens use an hp attack. then spam that 3 hit combo that hits like 50 times with sephiroth and use a lot of chase attacks.
then spam the chain sword attack that causes chase with garland if sephy dies. also have another character (preferably gilgamesh)
i can beat him easy, set char lvl to lvl 40 and get that accessory that gives 8x combine it with 9 other easy to fill accessories ull reach 90x easy and have door to destruction so 90x5%= 450% for atk and defense stats, i see no difficulty
I've managed to defeat him earlier this week and I must admit , this guy is a complete pain in the arse.
Godly amount of HP , godly attacks and to make it worse , you have to fight the Manikin form and the real him.
Not sure about you guys though , I find the Manikin version more effed up , especially with the Shinryuu Verus Summon , the original seems simpler compared to the Manikin form :o
... If you don't count his screwed up EX Mode anyway.
1. You used assists at a bad time. You should use the Bartz assist after Omnislash version5/Finishing tough to follow up with another attack after the warp.
2. you should have saved your assist for an assist change instead of just using it at a random time and your assist getting locked anyway.
@christopher961 lol pretty high and this is the WEAKENED MANIKIN VERSION OF HIM (with the story being that the Last Lufenian, a.k.a the Moored Moogle ALSO a.k.a the Great Will) sealed the upper part of the world and him and THIS manikin was the version of Chaos that he was SEALED in.
Now the real one...that fucker has 150,000 HP AND I BEAT HIM!!!!!!!!!! so proud of my gaming skills
*pant*pant* i JUST beat this feral chaos, with only THREE people.Most of the damage dealt was from squall (about 4/5 of it). Then i had warrior of light & then firion finish him off. BOOYA! too bad i still have to go through the lvl 130 one
@christopher961 Because it'd be cheap-as-fuck to play as the final boss of a game who has 3 forms, an infinite summon with varying effects(Shinryu's like Moogle on steroids ffs), and mostly unblockable and undodgeable attacks.
I think feral chaos is better than the regular chaos because he has the best ex mode and ex mode attack and he is playable unlike normal chaos who is only playable in the Japanese version of the dissidias
@cybertronkidz clouds not a good Chacter to use when facing the feral chaos yuna kuja prishe and probably golbez all level 99 or 100 hav last chance items and they hav equipped exp to hp which helps u a lot especially Yuna and kuja and prishe all that easy and quick spamming moves like yuna s mega flare kuja ultima and prishe with banisha or something like that
Does he have any of his attack patterns in his normal form? Like dashing straight at you when you slammed him to the ground by using an aerial attack? Or attacking you immediately after he wall rushes you?
It only took me four of my five people to beat the level 130 nonmankin form I had kuja with ultima spamming yuna with mega flare spamming prishe level 100 with banisha and ultimecia with hells judgement all had exp to hp and Ifa dews or the Ifa used for that and fragile pride
Jumped into the air and spammed Bartz's Holy combo until he died. On this and the level 130 version. Took forever but I didn't have to use the rest of my team. Didn't even lose health.
this game was too easy, even on the highest difficulty. I loved it. The story was deep.

my team only had terra at lvl 100 and the rest below 80 never saw him coming but I just stayed in the air using Terra's attacks cause he rarely goes up too high, still failed though but I only just gpt her to 100 so I retry wen i have the right equipment and lvled up my Party which is WoL, Cloud, Tidus, Zidane and Terra as the leader.

i used WoL, Sephiroth, Zidane, Onion Knight, and Gabranth. Just use that midair 2 circle tap move, chase and Square finish with sephiroth to take chunks out of his health. use zidane's mastered booster 8 with meo twister and/or free energy and/or grand lethal. onion knight and WoL just master BRV combos to learn chainable HP attacks to rape feral chaos. Thats how i won. Using what i did and using even some Lufenian Armor (or pussy out and battle Iai Strike) should grant good results.

video-author, you realize this is probably the harder form of Feral Chaos, sure he has less HP but its not like your gonna kill him in less than 60 seconds, once 60 seconds pass, he gets a 90x Boost Multiplier for Damage and Defense meaning he will break you in 1 hit, and your BRV damage on him = 0, so once that kicks in, you just gotta learn his attacks and whittle down his HP till its gone

Well, what I did on this with Cloud. (this works for a while, but eventually he'll stop doing it. Is that I wait for him to use his aerial slash attack thing, I'd dodge, than quickly do an omnislash vr five on him. Then, quickly do an evade towards him (he'll then do an aerial slash, however, it'll miss and you can just pretty much repeat that until for some reason he stops.) Then you have to wait for him to do it again. Also, in the beginning, you should use more bravery than hp attacks.

@MrZaross Cloud was the only person in my party who I didn't spam out with a certian attack, I'm way better with cloud than I thought. I equiped the Large (3000) Gap in Bravery booster accesory (X 1.5) because most of the time either he'd be 3000 Bpoints ahead of me or I'd be 3000 ahead of him. But I brave broke him a good bit of times even once while he was in his "Lower your opponets bravery" mode and the clock's up and stuff.

@Isaac10best he's easier to broke there, because after his attack he hit a bit to sand you to the "other dimension" so, if you're fast you can broke him at any rate it's only because I was not used to his path of attack that I didn't use cloud, for chaos, the normal one I've kill him in the level 130 mode without get hit one time, ^^ I'm pretty good with him, only if I know how the ennemy hits

Easiest way is to use Onion Knight and just spam Comet at him . Makes him run when he throw meteors at him . And since the map is small , you can easily get the last hit on him with abit of practice .

=O i got soooooooooo lucky playing as lvl 80 Cloud, managed to pull of ALOT of Omnislash Ver.5 and dodged his forward lunge attacks. Cloud took care of 40,000 hp and WoL (bitter end b) and Squall (Blasting Zone) took care of the rest.

All u have to do is dodge a couple of times and the rest is easy

i havent gotten to the real feral chaos yet but im hopeing i can use the same strategy. lol the 125k HP challenge i think?
all the accessories were for brave recovery and wall rush hp damage. then had summon stone zalera for back up (breaks opponent when there bravery is 9999, because that is GOING to happen in this battle)

TERRA ... and u need no equipment at all... just go all the way up the stage and fireball fireball fireball fireball. all u have to do is to fire 125 fireballs. good luck. (And if he reach u up there ...use tornado... he will fall)

I cannot beat this bastard. Your video is exactly what happens to me every time. With all 5 of my characters, the best I ever did was get him down to half health. Spamming Tornado with Terra was working really good for me. But her Tornado move also leaves her WIDE OPEN right after it finishes. Then he does that fish smash attack that eats all my Bravery. Then it's all downhill from there.

You did it with close range attacks? I wouldn't even attempt that, that is some amazing stuff. Reverse air dash on Cloud of Darkness. Spam Fuilisade (spelling it wrong probably) Particle Beam. If he gets anywhere near you O-Form Particle Beam. I hear Terra full charge meltdown spam works just as well. Golbez with Sector Ray and Genesis rock too. I suppose in short all the "mage types" could sit back and spam ranged to win.

imo, the level 130 version is way more fun to fight. this version's absolute defence thing makes it such a gay chipfest. I'd recommend Ultimecia for the fight anyway. she can pretty much hide behind her spears and arrow>axe combo him down. got the fight up on my channel if you guys are interested. also, I've not tried it but the iai strike/wall rush/exp to brv setup looks extremely effective :)

Actually, the easiest way to beat the REAL VERSION is to use Sephiroth's Octaslash, then dodge backwards, then if Sephiroth got killed, use Golbez's Sector Ray or Genesis Rock in the air, if Golbez dies, use Firion's Master of Arms or the other one in the air...Forgot the name.And it's okay if you get break.IT'S NORMAL!

not sure if many people know this but terra is the easiest way if you have jecht as an assist and have mastered holy combo then all you need to do is fly to the top (like many people suggest) and spam holy combo then use ultima. he normally dodges but after a while use brv assist and use holy combo the moment he dodges jecht. works on all chaos's

To beat the level 130 version...
I used the Emperor...
Got to the top of the stage, used a Mid-Air Flare, then used Starfall and hovered near the Flare, Feral Chaos will try to hit you while avoiding the Flare, then Starfall hits him and he goes "BOOM!"
After that, cast another Mid-Air Flare, then Starfall.
Rinse, repeat until dead.

I found that the best way to kill the 130 feral chaos with 125k hp is with Firion. Seriously, feral chaos just does not know how to dodge lord of arms...
But you could use level gap 90, 80 and 70 and set your character under 40 for a 99.9x booster. Then Iai strike is 100% chance and if you want then safety bit also ensures you survive with 1hp. With EXP -> HP you practically can't die. Wall rush accs make it even faster.

I did it with squall first try .. His HP attacks are SO easy to dodge .. All you need is time
Notably, after 1 minute he will get a x90 accessory bonus and you'll deal 0 damage to him and he can go in EX mode and will regenerate quickly, but you can EX break him ..

Yeah, he's powerful. Makes Inward Chaos look like child's play. However, he's slightly less bestial when you use characters with good Brave to HP moves. Zidane, Cloud, Onion Knight, Warrior of Light (never tried it with him, though). The damage for you is upped in the second fight (with the level 130 Feral Chaos), so a heavy hitter like Squall also helps. But yeah, don't even bother to try this if you don't have Omnislash Version 5 and Cloud. Seriously, I only won because of him.

2 things.
1. this is just the guys maniken 0.o. recommend spamming omnislash version 5, then move cecil really high and spam the move that fires the symbol that shoots lights, and once a break happens use an hp attack. then spam that 3 hit combo that hits like 50 times with sephiroth and use a lot of chase attacks.
then spam the chain sword attack that causes chase with garland if sephy dies. also have another character (preferably gilgamesh)

i can beat him easy, set char lvl to lvl 40 and get that accessory that gives 8x combine it with 9 other easy to fill accessories ull reach 90x easy and have door to destruction so 90x5%= 450% for atk and defense stats, i see no difficulty

I've managed to defeat him earlier this week and I must admit , this guy is a complete pain in the arse.
Godly amount of HP , godly attacks and to make it worse , you have to fight the Manikin form and the real him.
Not sure about you guys though , I find the Manikin version more effed up , especially with the Shinryuu Verus Summon , the original seems simpler compared to the Manikin form :o
... If you don't count his screwed up EX Mode anyway.

1. You used assists at a bad time. You should use the Bartz assist after Omnislash version5/Finishing tough to follow up with another attack after the warp.
2. you should have saved your assist for an assist change instead of just using it at a random time and your assist getting locked anyway.

best tactic to beat THIS Chaos (manikin version)
Just use Cloud, ground evade and use Omnislash V5. Rinse, Repeat process to beat him easily.
Now the REAL Chaos.
Get Golbez as the team leader and equip him with Genesis Rock and SPAM him
(Most effective usage is mid-range and just above Chaos's throne)
Have Cloud of Darkness as 2nd with Fusilade and Spam it like hell.
(Most effective range, Mid-maximum Height of the entire map)
The last is Cloud and repeat the process.
