You have to be a Baha'i to know that there's no such nonsense as an orthodoxbaha'i, if you're not happy with the Baha'i Faith go and join a Nazi Party or the Ku Klux Klan, you might feel at home there! As you seem not to care about working for the benefith of Mankind, and you're not bothered at all of making this world a better place.
sourpatch2007 Dear friend, no matter how convinced you are of the ill motives of orthodox Baha'is, you should not be repeatedly watching their videos. Remember, this stuff is poison. It might one day, God forbid, effect you. I myself did not watch this video. I'm just here making a comment to you.
OK Jeff, why has it been over 5 months since KMehrabi posted the definitive quotes of 'Abdu'l-Baha and Shoghi Effendi and still no response from you? You do realize that by your deafening silence in the face of these clear statements by 'Abdu'l-Baha and Shoghi Effendi, you are conceding that you are patently wrong do you not? How can you possibly defend your and Marangella's position without being in diametric opposition to the EXPLICIT TEXTS?
The more i watch the videos from "orthodoxbahai" the more i am convinced that the only reason that that organization exists is to destroy the Baha'i World Faith. Where are the videos that promote the teachings of the Blessed Beauty? Where are the videos showing what the Baha'i Faith is about? No, the only videos i see are videos trying to convert Baha'is because you can't get anyone else to your organization?
How many orthodox bahais are there? 40 in the U.S.?

You miss the point. You and your organization are in opposition to the teachings of the Blessed Beauty. You don't even know what the Baha'i Faith is about even though you hijacked it. This is not a competition for numbers. No, it is about what is true and what is false.
Thatis exactly the response that a follower of covenant breakers would give. This is the way a real Guardian should behave as it states in Abdu'l Baha's WILL AND TESTAMENT
"He that is appointed must manifest in himself detachment from all worldly things, must be the essence of purity, must show in himself the fear of God, knowledge, wisdom and learning.
1)(this is by the way from Bahai library which I found within seconds) THE WILL AND TESTAMENT O ABDU'L BAHA:
The obligations of the Hands of the Cause of God are to diffuse the Divine Fragrances, to edify the souls of men, to promote learning, to improve the character of all men and to be, at all times and under all conditions, sanctified and detached from earthly things.
After listening to all of you, what I have to say is this: There is only one Baha'i faith! All of you are misguided! Ask yourself which covenant breakers are you following Mason Remey, Joel Bray Marangella, Donald Harvey or Pepe Remey. The proof is the root of all of your divisions. You can't change that not matter what proof you put forth in your videos. BY THE FRUIT YOU SHALL KNOW
All the proof are in your division! Look up under Mason Remey the history of all these people!

You are entitled to your opinion about us. We give out the information to people so they know there is another view besides the sick paranoid shunning cult-like dictates of your headless UHJ. Take it or leave it.
Coming from a baha'i family i rejected at 15 any faith in god being as real as is made beleivable through scripture. Ultimately there is something that stops people from adhearing to a few very simple principles: Equality, Peace, Love, Unity and Respect. Don't become a pharisee and consider your interpretation of any book to be greater than that of these people around you, it is all idle distraction from being One with the fabric of existence.
Those of us who believe in Baha'u'llah have a duty to teach the Faith to anyone who may be interested. That is why we post to the internet and make our teachings available. We believe our teachings are the true teachings of Baha'u'llah. It is not a matter of distraction or thinking that we are better than others. It is a matter of making our teachings available to the public.
"The IBC with the Guardian at its head became the head of the Faith but the Hands committed a coup and deposed them. This is the true history." that stuff like this happens ( according to how you say it) is ofcourse a distraction to those involved. Does it not say within the teachings that there should be no division within the faith? explain this orthodox and heterodox and haifan stuff to me.
He appointed Mason Remey to the presidency of the International Baha'i Council, which at the time was an inactive embryonic UHJ. The head of the UHJ is the Guardian. Upon Shoghi Effendi's death, the IBC became activated. The IBC with the Guardian at its head became the head of the Faith but the Hands committed a coup and deposed them. This is the true history.
Where can I read about this. Nowhere have I read in Shoghi Effendi's writings that he appointed Mason Remey. If Shoghi Effendi had appointed Remey, the other Hands of the Cause would have been aware of it.
Besides a difference of opinion about who is the leader, what is the difference between the Bahá'í sects? I see no real doctrinal differences. So why the would a Bahá'í leave one authoritarian scheme for another one? Do you seriously expect people to find this persuasive? Brown outs as a sign from God? Are you serious? What's next: Spilling chicken blood to look for omens? Come on guys. Get real, a little.
Why don't you get real? I was using "the sign from God" idea as a rhetorical device to express how the organization I joined was in darkness. The OBF is not at all an authoritarian scheme and it is clear that you have not investigated and therefore are critical of something about which you are completely ignorant.
Actually, I have investigated. I used to be a Haifan Bahá'í for 22 years. I am now proud to say that I have grown up, realized that the Bahá'í Faith is nonsense and I have decided to join the rest of the human race trying to work together to make this planet better.
I admonish you to do the same. Give up your silly cult, for your own sake.
A Haifan Baha'i for 22 years? I can relate. That is a silly cult and everyone should give it up. However, the true Faith is the Orthodox Baha'i Faith. Why not investigate it?
The "true" Bahá'í Faith? That sounds even worse than the Haifan Bahá'í Faith. What we need is the fake Bahá'í Faith. A Bahá'í Faith that rejects homophobia, dogmatism, superstition, and its claims of infallibility. A Bahá'í Faith that requires no members or followers, but encourages everyone to think for themselves. That is an organization I could join (i.e., by not joining)!
I understand your feelings about the illegitimate Baha'i administration. But it sounds like you have not investigated the OBF. We all think for ourselves. How else could we be Orthodox Baha'is?
It is wonderful that you all think for yourselves. Can I ask you some questions, in the spirit of investigation?
Do you believe that morality (our knowledge of what is good) comes from God, or do you believe that the God tells us what is (independently) good?
Allow me to clarify: The difference is that in the latter case, there is an independent standard of good; whereas in the former, God invents the standard of God. Does that make sense?
This seems more like a test rather than a investigation. I would have to say that God invents the standard of Good, since there can be no true standard independent of what God has created.
This is not a test. This is a conversation. Be open to it instead of suspecting me.
So since you believe God creates the standard of truth, do you think that what God says is good becomes good simply because he says it? That is, by saying some action is good, God makes it good. Is that what you believe? I'm just trying to get clear on how you believe that God invents goodness. Is the Good a creation that exists independent of him after he has created it? Or is it always subject to what he says?
I have read your stuff and watched your videos on youtube talking about political issues not spiritual so sorry i can't accept you have your opionion and everyone else has the right to theirs

SHUN ALL COVENANT BREAKERS!!!!
MrNeosoul99 2 years ago
Not opening the books? Remey and his dick cheney Marangella were not descendants of Baha'u'llah.
"then must he, (the Guardian of the Cause of God) choose another branch to succeed him."
(Abdu'l-Baha, The Will and Testament, p. 12)
You think that opens the door to remey.... but....
"As to "aghsan", it also means branch. But it is a bigger branch than "afnan". It refers to Bahá'u'lláh's descendants."
(Shoghi Effendi, The Light of Divine Guidance v I, p. 62)
