You are in great shape. Found your channel by accident, when I was looking for workouts to do, along with some inspiration. I also saw your video from your bodybuilder days. I am so impressed that you kept up with exercising throughout the years. No wonder you have so much energy and look so impressive.
@artglue2 Well, in general you are correct. I like to lightly clink them so that I get the full range of motion, kind of like saying cheers with glasses...Hahaha. Also, in a gym it could get pretty noisy if everybody clanked dumbbells.
@yourstrulyashleyxo I use 10 pounds, but 5 is great too. Just do enough reps, with good form, so that you really feel it in your biceps. You don't need a lot of weight to make a difference, but you do need to be consistent and do these exercises at least once a week, twice if you space them 2 days apart. That will make a difference and you will see a definite change within a month.
@sexylicious0808 5 pound weights are a great poundage to start with. Just remember to keep good form and do enough reps so that you feel it in the muscles you are using. You can add weight as you get more used to it. And don't worry about getting bulky...it is much harder to do that than you think!
@MiSsBeAuTiFuL333 You are in luck...part two of my healthy Eating for a Day (Lunch) will be out this weekend. have you also seen my other videos? i have a bunch of food ones.

What size weight do you typically use to do those? I've been using 5.
