this song is amazing,, they put it on an album called straight to hell, which was the music to a spagettii western of the same name,, year was 1987, the pogues also had parts in the film, the album was on the hell records lable, hope that helps everyone,

it's arguably the best pogues song ever. i was angry when it wasn't included on the rereleases, but chalked it up to some kind of licensing dispute. guess i'll have to buy a copy of the box set

@SwindonByf I would put " The Balinalee " up there with it Swindon. And to be fair, " Rake at..." was on the " Straight to hell " single / ep whereas " Balinalee " was NEVER released on anything. Only the demo on the box set exists.
