make it out of obsidian in the inside so if they dig they can't get in and the door, take it out and put a coble stone generator beneathe it and you have to find a lever to stop the coble stone generator and break the cobble stone to get in

A makeshift locking mechanism. Not professionally made. Just a quick thing to make people think you tried. Than a chest full of things you don't really need and have medium to no value. People take stuff inside or give up. Real chest of goodies and valuables is 2 blocks below the first chest (not directly below because some noobs might take the whole chest and see the other one below)
Or you can simply break in, IT'S ONLY FUCKING DIRT!
