you should never keep axolotl babies togher as they can be cannibles you were lucky they didnt eat each other some people say that if you keep them well fed that wont happen dont belive them once they are adults its fine to keep them together though as they are usally not cannible as adults

they can eat blood worm cubes , brine shrimp cubes and very small fish but best not to feed on live fish because might carry disease so blood worm cubes are good but basically almost any meat that fits in their mouth also they like a temp of 14-20 is what they like

They can be 25-30 cm long, but I personally know axolotl who are even 37 cm long. Axolotl grow their whole life, but when tehy are older the growth is slowlier.

It would be wrong to say they´re easy to hold, because every animal needs care, but all in all axolotl are not so difficult like many types of fish.

I got my axolotl from a friend who breed them. And I wouldn´t buy animals like this buy in a pet shop, cause here in Germany many of such shops are not very well informed in rearing such animals. I prefer to got axolotl from a serious breeder.
