He ignores Scriptures like Revelation 2:17 & 18:4 and Luke 14:33. He knows that we cannot serve both God and mammon (money), so who is he serving? In addition to the first English dictionary by Samuel Johnson from the 1700's, the Noah Webster English dictionary from the 1800's is another good place to look up the true definition and etymology of English words. However, Enlish is a strange language since it is an invented language which borrows from so many other languages. And, Latin is a dead language used by devil's advocates (aka lawyers) who work for the dead. Law dictionaries are intentionally convoluted and meant to deceive.

"Etymology" would mean that you go to the origin of a word and that origin is the true meaning of the word no matter how it has been modified or bastardized over time. You could use the Stong's Concordance to research the use of the English transliterated words in the Holy Bible to understand their meaning in context of the original language the words were written in. The 1700 Samuel Johnson is a good place to look up the original English.
Your understanding of etymology is flat out wrong. Etymology deals specifically with the history and origin of words, or more accurately "the study of historical linguistic change, especially as manifested in individual words" . It comes to us from koine greek a) etymon & b) logia.
As far a referring people to Strong's - poor advice. Anyone with REAL scholarship behind them would refer others to Bauer-Danker Lexicon - but seeing how I haven't clue disregard this advice.

@ScottONanski it is important to qualify your statement somewhat. When dealing with law, you must consider the date, and the meaning of a word at the time of enactment. If a law was enacted in 1950, then the meaning of any words in that law must be drawn from the same period to accurately interpret its meaning and intent.
So, for the purposes of law, unless a word is statutorily defined, it will have NOT evolved in the interim for the purposes of interpreting that particular law.

It also helps greatly if you have a very old English dictionary (Samuel Johnson's, or Webster's) to understand the true meaning of words. Also, read Matthew Henry's 6-volume commentary of 1755 for clarity.

Some interesting ideas but can't help thinking that he's suffering from schizophrenia. Schizophrenia makes you see patterns in everything, and this guy goes beyond sanity on this one. e.g. when he makes a parallel between a horizontal line that you sign on with "flat lining" he's nuts. Firstly it's normally a dotted line, and secondly heart scans of the nature he is describing came long after people signed on lines. Another example of him seeing patterns where there aren't any.

Dan is very misinformed - and is misinforming others. Sounds like he's confused about what actually took place during the reformation, and Mr. Henry is lost in the mix. Matthew Henry (18 October 1662 – 22 June 1714), and the Reformation, which stared with Martin Luther on Oct 31, 1517 is over 100 YEARS apart. The English language still being develop during the time of Matthew Henry is nonsense. Tyndale printed the first English New Testament in 1526.

We always have the choice to do our due diligence or do nothing.

@qui3tude The bible is the first legal jurisdiction, separating God's law "love thy neighbour" Matt 22:36-40 from the Acts and Statutes given to Moses, combined with commercial law, English common law, etc. forming the de jure Law of the Land. From there (Republic) we contract in as Citizen slaves of the govt (Democracy). The Democracy owes us everything. The "debt" is owed to the people themselves, and we can claim our rights by the common law, or we can claim to be free through Jesus anytime.

In addition to the first English dictionary by Samuel Johnson from the 1700's, the Noah Webster English dictionary from the 1800's is another good place to look up the true definition and etymology of English words. However, Enlish is a strange language since it is an invented language which borrows from so many other languages. And, Latin is a dead language used by devil's advocates (aka lawyers) who work for the dead. Law dictionaries are intentionally convoluted and meant to deceive.

"Etymology" would mean that you go to the origin of a word and that origin is the true meaning of the word no matter how it has been modified or bastardized over time. You could use the Stong's Concordance to research the use of the English transliterated words in the Holy Bible to understand their meaning in context of the original language the words were written in. The 1700 Samuel Johnson is a good place to look up the original English.

Your understanding of etymology is flat out wrong. Etymology deals specifically with the history and origin of words, or more accurately "the study of historical linguistic change, especially as manifested in individual words" . It comes to us from koine greek a) etymon & b) logia.
As far a referring people to Strong's - poor advice. Anyone with REAL scholarship behind them would refer others to Bauer-Danker Lexicon - but seeing how I haven't clue disregard this advice.

@ScottONanski it is important to qualify your statement somewhat. When dealing with law, you must consider the date, and the meaning of a word at the time of enactment. If a law was enacted in 1950, then the meaning of any words in that law must be drawn from the same period to accurately interpret its meaning and intent.
So, for the purposes of law, unless a word is statutorily defined, it will have NOT evolved in the interim for the purposes of interpreting that particular law.

Some interesting ideas but can't help thinking that he's suffering from schizophrenia. Schizophrenia makes you see patterns in everything, and this guy goes beyond sanity on this one. e.g. when he makes a parallel between a horizontal line that you sign on with "flat lining" he's nuts. Firstly it's normally a dotted line, and secondly heart scans of the nature he is describing came long after people signed on lines. Another example of him seeing patterns where there aren't any.

Dan is very misinformed - and is misinforming others. Sounds like he's confused about what actually took place during the reformation, and Mr. Henry is lost in the mix. Matthew Henry (18 October 1662 – 22 June 1714), and the Reformation, which stared with Martin Luther on Oct 31, 1517 is over 100 YEARS apart. The English language still being develop during the time of Matthew Henry is nonsense. Tyndale printed the first English New Testament in 1526.

Come now. I have waded through about half of this video. That is about all I could stand. Dan has the right motivation, he's in the camp economically and legally speaking that I am sympathetic to, but listening to him is liking panning for gold. It is tedious work, going through volumes of mud and gravel to get a few nuggets of pure gold. There are a few, very few.

I caution you all who are listening to this Man, he is just a man, listen to God. He has written his manual for you all to read and be comforted and guided by. We are not to fear, he will care for us who love HIM, be aware of false prophets in the end times who come in the name of Christ.. @ThomasTries be loved & be blessed Thom but try not to have anxiety about other parts of the body, remember the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing etc... do not underestimate the power of discernment others have to filter for themselves what is truth, if you have constructive comment bring it to the table but find peace & love for others bringing truth to light. I have no sense of doom from the deeper insights Dan brings, he is not professing to be pastor of a church

Just because he looks like Jesus, he is not.Does he pray, worship the Lord with psalms and praise,No fruit that shows a man is truly a Christian. Be very very careful whom you follow. Be cheerful and show the truth of Christ in you and be a witness to his love and healing. Stick to the word of God only if you are born again and believe Jesus died on the Cross for you and rose again, you repent and follow HIM, you are save. John 3:16 for God so loved the World he gave his only begotten son

Jesus came so you could listen to him, These people get rid of their licenses, birth Cert, homes, jobs, insurance and then they expect other people who are still in the system to donate to them. They don't believe in working but the Bible says especially in Proverbs 31 that we should go and buy and sell and burn the midnight oil. Paraphrased. Why have Doug & Cindy of the OWEN SOUND FREE PRESS posted all of Dan and Mark's videos and text information and then they stabbed them in the back by talking nonsense and creating dissension for no good reason? You guys still do not know anything, nor do you understand anything, nor do you have a remedy in law for anything because you do not understand the law. What is the problem? Is it ego? Or, do have have an inate disability which causes you to burn all bridges?

I have noticed that when people are given truths they get very uncomfortable. It is like they have a switch that goes off that prevents them from accepting it. We have been so conditioned and mind blown by pop culture and the media. Dan is telling the truth. You just have to do a little research.

@MrDbodom No not lying to us but leading us down a wrong path. The only way truth and life is Jesus and Jesus does not say, don't work, don't drive, this man just preaches fear and gloom and doom and allows others who do not profess to be a true believer in Christ to hitch onto the biblical ways of being out of the system. Imagine if no one worked, who would pump his gas, or supply his hydro. Jesus teaches us wisdom too and to obey our government.
Watch out for False Prophets, cause this is 1

Then render unto Caesar what is his & unto God what belongs to God" to Pilate Jesus replied "You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above -

What is a citizen? A pledge of allegiance to govt. in return for a duty of protection. All state supreme courts and the US Supreme Court have ruled that the govt. has no duty to protect anyone.
Without a reciprocal agreement there are no citizens. What is the State? It's the body politic. What is the body politic? The citizens. But there are no citizens. No citizens = no body politic. No body politic = NO STATE.
Government is men and women providing services at the barrel of a gun!

Educational and informative! I thought of this verse from the bible, Daniel the Prophet had visions about information spreading rapidly in the future. Daniel 12:4 "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words of the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro , and knowledge shall be increased."
