  • Not : Winter and Sport Modus!!! It´s German : Wirtschaftlich, Sprotlich

    So : Economical and Sporty

that is, the faster will be connected with the economic transitions, and turns on the sporty engine consumes more and more

PS: your car costs in Germany about 7000€ it´s about 8900 US $

  • Hi Alex, is this car good? I was thinking of getting a used one...how's the maintenance cost?

  • @ macbookpro57 it's because diesel comes cheap here in Asia.

  • why are there so many diesels in asia compared to the us?

  • @macbookpro57 There are even more diesels in the Europe than the rest of the world. VW Jetta for example is a European diesel car that sells in the US...it runs on diesel & gets u 40mpg without a hybrid motor & battery. That's because diesel engines are 30% more efficient than gasoline...when will US & Japan start using diesel?

  • @kopial When the US raises the tax on fuel (which they'll need to eventually, eventhough it's "communism" and "unamerican" and whatever rubbish Fox comes up with) they will switch to diesel as well. Japan is a little different, they have an extremely well developed public transportation and rail system that is the envy of the entire world, and different geographical conditions (basically less ground to cover) and a auto industry developing electrical powertrains.

  • Oof, my eyes.

  • i saw the first ssangyoung when i was 12 it was the ssangyong rodius.when i saw it i thought it was ugly. i thought that i was the only one who thought that it was ugly.when i was 16 i watched an episode of top gear it was thier awards show and the nominattions for the most ugliest car were all ssanyong but some other car won

  • very very ugly

  • Cool looking car

  • God it's ugly.

  • @Alexlovesmac is it just me of lots of these cars in your videos have power folding Mirrors? Is it's a common thing in malaysia? Because here in America only the top trims of cars usually have them. Like in the camry you did and even the Toyota yaris which is considered a low rent economy car here had power folding mirrors??!?!

  • @TheAlexv6 Power folding mirrors are common in Asia and Europe since parking is real tight in those places their cities are more cramped.

  • Any cars made by Chery in Malaysia?

  • what is this car in america

  • @yosefwanger thank god it doesn't exist there in northamerica

  • W221 Headlights right there!

  • is this what mike from wheeler dealers drove for a little bit?

  • the 2006-present Ssangyong Kyron is assembled in

    Pyeongtaek, South Korea;

  • That is a REALLY LOUD diesel engine!

  • Very cool!

  • From the right front corner view, it sort of looks like a 1998-2004 Mercedes ML....

  • @TheAlexv6 I think it would be too small, for some reason it reminds me of an early Kia Sportage in size.

  • Are those headlights from a Mercedes S-Class?

  • For the fact its not chinese its owned by Indians now which is a good thing look at Jaguar Land Rover which are also owned by Indians(TATA Group). In a few years I’m pretty sure M&M will make Ssangyong a top notch company.

  • @seauryakumar Its under TATA now? Ah...I see, now we know why they have Mercedes powertrains in them! Just like a Tata.

  • Chinese car?

  • @nikothecrazygreek Korean car company deported from a large, but failed conglomerate, Ssangyong Group.

Today they are owned by the Chinese.

  • @maeng97 I think Ssangyong is now owned by the Indians. =)

  • @alexlovesmac Yes, and they shuffled around every large group in the world. Sad to see that. And you say Ssangyong like a Korean person.

  • @nikothecrazygreek nop...its a korean car...!!!

  • @nikothecrazygreek Nope. It's Korean. =)

  • I gotta be honest, the only thing I don't like about the car is its tail lights, everything else I like.

  • @fanowner12 Yea, it's a nice car, just the styling's a little awkward.

  • @alexlovesmac It means twin dragon in Korean.

  • All Plastic in the interior...very cheap!

    But nice Video :)

  • Nice car!!!!

  • are Ssangyongs common in Malaysia? nice video by the way

  • @KingEastCoast Nope. Not common at all. There are a few on the road though.

  • @KingEastCoast LOL they are designed by merc from what i heard :P a few in AUS

  • @TheDataZoo It's the engines that are sourced from Mercedes not the styling.
