This can work if you are into meditating already. My Laotian wife is constantly on facebook asking to read and spell everything for her. One day my brain was exausted from this, I found this and tried it. It was like power washing my brain. Afterward, I felt better but not focused. Then I used

The baby isn't scary as much as it is disturbing. It brings to mind parents who dress their 6-year-old (or younger) daughters up and enter them in child beauty pageants. They live their lives vicariously through these little girls, and at the same time rob them of their childhood. These poor excuses for parents sexualize and exploit their little girls, then wonder why they're so messed up later in life.

Terrific and calming, until scary desaturated ghostly white baby with intense eyes popped out. Almost thought it could be a joke, anticipating scarier images to come.

Ended up fast forwarding. Luckily the rest was good. That baby segment was a definate snag in the flow. Was that intentional?

Outside of that, sweet experience.
