I want to do this for my 68 chevelle 4door with bench seats, but there is now wood frame.

@1pick2sticks you can buy a box of hog rings at a hardware store, anywhere that sells fasteners, or even fabric stores. with a pair of pliers they hold the fabric onto the seat. remember to use the metal wire that should already be in the factory seats. should be able to do it just like the factory did.
