it was taken on a camera phone and then uploaded to youtube. the problem with youtube is that it makess every video the same size, regardless of the dimensions it was filmed at. if you could imagine the quality when watched in quicktime on my laptop or on my actual mobile phone, you would probably be able to appreciate it better.
