  • i could never do a cut for 16 weeks unless i was competing in the future.

    I stay quite lean when i bulk. Around 9-10 percent when i start my bulking phase and about 13-14 percent when i am done my bulking phase. So it only takes me 4-5 weeks to get back down to 10 percent. Thats what i do. I like to do a 6 month bulk then a mini 1 month cut. And keep cycling like that.

  • @14yearoldxboxfan totaly depends on what your going for, leaning out or bulking? also many things come into play what's your age? how long have you been at it in the gym? what body type are you? without knowing these things no one can give you a definate answer.

  • honeslty to tell you the truth i'm doing this spartacus workout and it helps but i cant even complete the three circuits only two and it does help because even though i dont dothe complete excersize i dropped from 216 lbs to 181 Ibs in about 2 and a half months and i do this excersize three times a week...i dont eat fats during the week, only natural occuring fats and on the weekend i'll let myself go...but i want to know about recovery because on the fays i dont do the routine i do direct mus

  • I totally agree what what you were saying, but only thing you got wrong was "more weight, more reps". If you going up in weight, you should go down in reps. Not by alot, but less reps let you go higher in weight, and higher weight means muscle. Then again, what works for me may not work for you. What ever floats your fucking boat.

  • 65 lbs in 8 months? Fat, muscle or combination, WOW, that's a ton of weight in a very short amount of time!

  • I disagree with working out 6 times a week unless your targeting different areas off the body... Hit your 'progressive overload' correctly and you should gain mass.. Still great video!
