Its how YOU think of it is what makes nasty and indecent.Yes being nude is legal,if it wasn't then everyone would be going to jail because you're born naked. There are nude beaches where its perfectly legal to be naked. Everyone is looking at the tail and how beautifully she swims. Not her breasts. Except for you, and I don't see young kids being attacked here.

@1990babyface I do this,its called mermaid modeling. Yea sometimes people think its weird but its something I love to and I like being able to spark imagination into little kids. Most of the time people want to know where you got the tail instead of putting you down. Even if people make fun of them they don't really care because they are having fun with it. I have always wanted to be a mermaid and im 18. There is nothing wrong with a little girl or adult to want to be a mermaid.

@1990babyface These tails are make to get out of easily if she needs to go to the bathroom she gets out and you don't talk when diving unless you have a radio. Otherwise you use signals. Or you surface and talk to the divers with you.

@1990babyface Like I said. The tails are made to be safe and to get out of easily. If she was in danger it wouldn't be that hard to get out of if the tail is made correctly. I know because I swim in mermaid tails as well. She has divers with her, if something does go wrong she signals the divers and the give her oxygen from oxygen tanks and take her to safety.
