the bark hide was removed in the previous tub, the spider was gently excavated from the bottom end of its burrow. I made a point to block all exits before, and that explains the falling lid and the two plastic bags at the side of the door.
2nd rehousing for one of my Lampropelma violacoepes (Singapore Blue Tarantual). I have 3 in all from the same batch. The 1st one I transferred was placid by stark comparison to this:- it didn't sprint at all. It just creeped slowly into its new enclosure. When this shot-up like a lightning bolt. it freaked me out a bit, hence the exclamation at the end.
