  • I have always been fascinated about looking back at older times, just to think 99.9% if not 100% of these people are dead now.

  • Amazing how that works... Just imagine, you won't even be thinking in 2090 (or earlier if fate has it).

  • i think that this is one of my favorite clips on you tube, unbelieveable!!! to think that most of them are gone , my grandmother was born in 1915 , have a friend that was born in 1914 and she is going strong so maybe one or two are still alive , i hope so,what a different world, the one thing in noticed on how they all look well off, did not see many blue collar types , they would have been working on a saturday ,

  • Wow! Hats. Check the lady at 1:41. Like Winged Venus.

  • @handyboy2000 I THINK YOUR COMMENT IS GREAT , WHEN I FIRST SAW HER HAT I LAUGHED OUT LOUD !!!! WOMEN'S HAT STYLES GOT VERY CRAZY FROM ABOUT 1913 ,1914 AND 1915 JUST GREAT . YOU ARE VERY BRIGHT TO CATCH WINGED VENUS THANKS

  • Yeah so different from other "archived" footage. It is so "real". Also notice how children are always the same when they see a camera observing them...

  • Amazing..it almost makes the people look lifelike and true to scale as opposed to freeze dried and beneath some nickel-in-the-slot merry go round-ish tinseled facade...the elderly folks trancing around were born before the days of monet and renoir and they almost seem like folks you'd stop and discuss pre-world war I affairs with...REFRESHING

  • This is why I go to Youtube.
