Well, it could go either way. I suppose that even in a world full of "magic glasses" or "bionic contact lenses" there would be times you would want to put the image on an actual object, and not just in the eyes of observers.
The problem is that it is limited to a place with the projector and such. Combine it with augmented reality somehow and you've taken it truly ubiquitous.
maybe... maybe not. There are far more video projectors in the world than there are HMDs currently. This work is in the theme of: augment the world, not the human. Many futures are possible.
lol.. I think he basically means, the computer can keep record your game. You can work with the recording a bit like you would a video recording by playing it back, rewinding, and other little ways.
Interesting, but I wish they had learnt to hold the stones properly.
