  • We may have the technology for this very soon, but I'm certain something incredibly terrible will befall whoever helps make this nightmare come true; you should NEVER fuck with God, especially try to be him (to all you atheists/naysayers who say otherwise, I'll be laughing in your faces when you all get fucked in the ass by "some random deity". Lol)

  • Seananners. That is all

  • Godfather? :O

  • seananners brought me here

  • I am here becuz of seananners

  • not linked to this video by any other channel or site, anyone?

  • I guess I'm not the only one who is watching this because of Seananners.

  • They tried that on Robo Cop. The machines can still die. It's called an EMP. No one can live forever.

  • I did'nt know they made a prequal to The Matrix

  • Seananners, everyone?

  • As long as EMP's exist, you can't live forever.

  • I dont agree because if there is a god then I don't think he would like us to play with the power of god to enable something only something greater than ourselves should be able to acheive and I wouldn't like to mess with a power that we shouldn't mess around with. Plus Imagine economy, population, basic needs to survive will be taken up play over population and we WILL! start wars. And its not like we're going to ship people of to other planets like they're not better than us think about this!

  • @FatAssMexican123 No....

  • lol 1:05 random "collapse of the soviet union"

  • Ghost in the shell.

  • The idea sounds grand, if not easy to swallow.

But if it goes as planned, would you want to follow?

I don't know know who you are, or where you come from

But I can promise you, machine and man cannot become one.

Let's take a brief pause and imagine the pros.

The life and the strength are within a stones throw.

But if you step back and consider the debt

that would be required to cash out on this foolhardy bet

you might see smiles that we can't have yet

But when I step back, I see only Skynet.

  • The collapse of the Soviet Union really wasn't that hard to predict at all. Not impressed.

  • you realise such a upgrade to all of us would probably stop reproduction.....otherwise overpopulation would kill us all

  • SeaNanners brought me here

  • seananners!

  • Seananners, anyone?

  • @simon629DK Hello, my name is Seananners ...

  • Wtf @ Collapse of the Soviet Union?

  • @AzafreakSM he predicted it

  • @bamafan954 oh

  • @AzafreakSM

    he knew it would happen

  • BS

  • Super intelligence machines shouldn't just be designed to be intelligent in knowledge/science but also morality, if they have super moral intelligence they can get findout what's right and wrong faster than us and propel society ahead but if there not moral, they'll do anything for scientific facts which could be morally stupid.

So we need to make sure there intellectually moral, not only is it important for survival of our species but it could help our society progress further.

  • @deanmullen10 The ONLY, solution to solving our problems is realigning our values with the Earth. That's it. Onward Kurzweil.

  • Train by day Joe Rogan Podcast by night!

  • Human beings were not made to live forever. Sadly this man inspires the New World Order modern day Nazis and is a part of their satanic team. I do not support this man. He's just another mad scientist playing a part in the human race's demise.

  • the moment they accept living forever, they'll forever be slaves.

  • All those people that think death is a natural part of life. Go ahead and die and rot in the ground while I'll live on forever. You'll be rotting in the ground when I'm fully tuned in to the matrix. Haha religious losers...

  • another loser trying to be god... good luck many have tried and failed looks like he will probably kill himself with one of his own inventions. life is already so advanced and perfect I dont get why people dont get it. we are already at the destination these people are trying to get to. why go round in circles and not just enjoy what we have already while we can. Nothing will ever last forever every single real thing has an expiration date.

  • @babool1979 : We're not trying anymore. :)

  • @babool1979 "life is already so advanced and perfect"

Please give yourself a bitchslap for saying something so ridiculous.

  • I like Kurzweil but this documentary kind of sucked. Everything he said is here on youtube already and the rest was concentrated on his deceased father.

  • @sdvc95 You might want to go to the hospital, I think you've hit your head pretty badly.

  • people are to die

  • Take it this way. If one person is going to have a bionic upgrade to become better, to live longer etc then everyone else will have to upgrade too otherwise they'll be left behind. I'd want my future children when I'm older to live longer, happier lives and I want to live longer too. For all you religious people: God would want us to do this if he gave us the intelligence to do it! (I am ex-catholic)

  • @NeverANiall Living forever would be a torment that God wouldn't want us to endure.

  • @ElLay4Life Totally. Live until you can't do it anymore. I don't see why one shouldn't try to make that last as long as possible though. Besides, claiming that it's natural and therefore good is a really terrible argument. After all, earthquakes, hurricanes, and cancer are all natural, but we still take steps to attempt to minimize the damage caused by those, why should aging be any different?

I understand that these ideas can seem overwhelming, but doesn't it paint a much brighter future?

  • The question of immortality isn't can we, because once we become machines it will be possible, but should we? Death plays a major role in human lives. Knowing that you won't live forever makes life all the more interesting and worthwhile. Every life is supposed to be precious and valuable knowing that it can easily be cut short. Immortality will ultimately be a curse and I don't think many people will choose that path in the far future if/when its possible.

  • @carlsm95 I disagree. Consider that in any instant, if given a choice, most people would rather stay alive. Most people will choose treatments that will push their existence further, much further than they would have gotten without technical or medical intervention. Immortality isn't one big choice, it is a whole lot of little choices to not die, spread throughout your ever increasing life span. I think that it will be an easier and more popular choice than you suspect.

  • @Smischmal Maybe some of us will be afraid of death and choose to live longer, maybe some of us will eventually get tired of life and choose to die. In any case it will change the meaning of life. I can't imagine what it would be like to live indefinitely without the possibility of death. For me thats why i live life to the fullest, knowing it could be taken from me or my loved ones at any moment.

  • @carlsm95 unless in the future we choose to change what life is, to the extent we can control emotions, never feel down, always feel positive and even if you need sadness to appreciate happiness just use technology to create that appreciation automatically, it obviously seems very unpoetic and depressing but I think in the future people growing up with it will like the idea but now of course most people wouldn't

  • @carlsm95 There's no such thing as everlasting life anyway. :) There's just different sizes of unavoidable catastrophes. Bu technology can be used to keep us strong as a species, and help us evolve and survive, even populate new celestial bodies. Or we could wipe each other out in the name of some deity, do whatever you want..lol.

  • @carlsm95 the only reason i would want to live forever is to see space travel evolve to the point where we possibly discover new alien species learn from them visit there planet etc except for that everyone living forever would fucking suck you would be stuck in the same position probably never become rich the people on top would stay on top etc..life would be meaningless. now if it just me that was immortal that would be a different story i possibly could become insanely wealthy.

  • The question is do you believe the rhetoric bull chinga that weve been fed for years. Listen to the voices the escatan is here. The children know it Ask any of them. They speak of the machine as if they know the ghost by first name. w/trial and tribulation past. Now is the enlitenment of our species. Buckle up folks at first it will be a bumpy ride But many an animal got sea sick ridin w Noah too

  • he didn't predict anything. he got info. from the inside and the plans of an elite group behind the scenes

  • Great documentary, I just saw a good companion film for it in Programming the Nation. The film's topics are different but complementary as it explores media manipulation and suggestion. Wonder if Kurzweil's timeline is on track but we're being led to believe otherwise (I sound like a crackpot, I know, but I can't help but wonder) ht tp://b itly.com /raMj Yx

  • i really think that(and i can assure you that i have read a great deal on this topic, which of course doesn't make me an authority by the way) the predictions on the possible date of singularity are a bit too optimistic. When i watched the trailer i felt like i was watching the infomercials and tvspots made in the 50s and 60s. They were also too optimistic about the future, and had great confidence in technology. They showed robots endowed with strong AI as attainable technology.

  • @nisanasaf which we still aren't able to achieve.

  • @nisanasaf Too optimistic? Yes, but not in the same sense that you're describing. Many people forget that technology is growing exponentially (no news there), but it is a fact that is often overlooked. What we have now may seem worlds apart from what is predicted for the near future, but it is a reasonable goal. What Kurzweil and many others are too optimistic about is the general public's positive/rational approach to these changes--an ignorance to the ignorant.

  • @Rachel119540635330 HAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • All this Fountain of Youth technology will be for The Rich, no one here will ever get access to this, this is for the Elitists, they like to rub this shit in your face to give you hope, then pull the rug from underneath your feet :)

  • @sumstuff46 very true my friend

  • @sumstuff46 I disagree, the Motor car was once a technology for the rich, in door plumming also, big screen TVs and air travel were all at one stage only for the rich. Yes initially only the rich will be able to afford it but as technology advances and gets cheaper it will be accessable to all.

  • I belive that the machinery of nature has already created consciousness-us so if we ever created artificial intellegence then we will be playing god.

  • @nicoeste8765 Atrificial intelligence already exists. It is not as sophisticated as our own, but it is far more sophisticated than other living organisms on this planet. We have been "playing god" as you say, for decades. Why is that bad? Why is there a stigma against humans creating? What if there is no God? What if there is? What effect, if any, should that have on limiting human ingenuity?

  • So let's say you destroyed the only planet capable of supporting life and wiped out most other species in pursuit of power and profit or peasant religious mystification. You create a child that is much smarter than you. Seems like even the kindergarten version of this child will quickly reach the conclusion portrayed in The Matrix: "you are a lethal virus" and it's first priority would be to rid the earth of all trace of you.

  • @The5thW who says thats not already happened before. : )

  • I'm nothing close to an expert, but it seems to me that the problem with extreme longevity in humans would be degradation of the mind. Even two hundred years is a massive amount of memories. I can't imagine how to preserve your state of mind without losing your identity, but perhaps that's why they haven't asked me to help. Hahaha.

  • Humans won't live forever. What Humans briefly took part in creating will endure. "Singularity" will be like a baby becoming self aware, then being born. Who knows what will happen after that?

  • SEARCH FOR THIS ON YOUTUBE: TRANSCENDENCE film trailer by Darryl Hill

A sci fi action film about Singularity. If you like the idea, pass it on. Trying to make it outside the hollywood machine that is only interested in prequels, sequels and re-treads.

    Love, peace and thanks.

  • this is sooo weird.

  • humans living forever/ scaryyyyyyy

  • Creepy ..

  • Okay, stupid scientist people. I hate how none of them believe in God. Like, He isn't gonna let humans bring people back to life and live forever. Why not get a bible & read it for yourself if you don't believe me.

  • @Dancer2538 Hey there (:, i totally undestand how you feel here, and youre right, God isn't going to allow it. but dont forget that God wants us to pray for these people who believe these things! not "force feed" them the Bible! (:

  • @Dancer2538 Not everybody is going to think like you do, and not everybody believes in God. Don't shove your beliefs down other people's throats.

  • @Dancer2538 I don't mean any disrespect by asking this question, I'm just curious what you have to say. If all of Kurzweil's predictions come true, if he brings back his father and lives forever, will you stop believing in your god? And please don't call scientists stupid, I've worked very hard to get as smart as I am.

  • Its scary to think that he is going to attempt to bring people back to life. When i die, if anyone brings me back to life, i will kill them, and then i will kill myself. Honestly, why would i want to come back here on earth once i'm dead? That would just be stupid. I'm ready to die. Whenever it happens. I'll be ready.

  • @EraseTheHate1 thats fine for you, but not all of us want to die or stay dead.

Kurzweil is right when he said "We are the species that goes beyond our limitations. We didn’t stay on the ground. We didn’t stay on the planet. Our species always transcends." Intelligence really is the most powerful force in the universe. With our burgeoning intelligence, we will be able to be as the gods of old and there is nothing wrong with that.

  • @FreedomLiberty21 If we are all the species that goes beyond our limitations, you are considering Death a limitation which i don't think it is. Nobody knows what truely happens when you die, therefore, how do we know its a limitation? "We didn't stay on the ground, we didn't stay on the planet" -- When you die, you don't stay on the ground, nor the planet. You also transcend when you die. You transcend the aspect of living.

  • @EraseTheHate1 think of it this way, if you went back in time, say 500 years ago, the thing you have in the 21st century (technology, cars, planes, iPods, etc) would seem god like to people but I doubt you're willing to give up the advanced technology that makes your life comfortable and possible.

In a way, you're already a "god", that is, you transcend your natural limitations. This process is now on an exponential curve :)

  • @FreedomLiberty21 Well, i am not completely against the scientific aspects of this. I do think it would be quite a miracle to bring someone back to life, but i really do not think it would be the same. I understand your point of view. And you stated your point much more maturely than freedomliberty21. I think transcending natural limitations is fine, but to suppress the act of death is very strange for some to think of. Death is natural and i don't believe it to be a limitation at all.

  • I can see a matrix future here if we give machines a mind of its own

  • Why the hell do people keep talking about God, this has nothing to do with anything supernatural. People should stop trying to bring back the dark ages, and actually work to make the future a better place, like Kurzweil is doing.

  • And you could argue that we have been living forever in this infinite universe but not aware of it.

  • The future will be scary, we really need to SLOW things down and not get so caught up in everything. We need to learn how to enjoy life. We need to stop trying to be God.

  • "We need to know God, not try to create him." This is totally true.

  • @itsjustinobar I take the injunction of Matthew 5:48 seriously. Man is at his best when he strives to be more than he is.

  • @michaelgj23 In Matthew 5:48 God isn't saying we should try to be him, He is saying we need to be like him. As in not being sinful.

  • @itsjustinobar I prefer my interpretations, as it better suits my agenda.

  • @michaelgj23 *interpretation

  • @itsjustinobar No it isn't.

  • Deux Ex!

  • All of this means nothing, that is to say I would be surprised if we are still around in five years let alone twenty five. Living forever and the robot you can fuck is irrelevant if we fail to get past our greed, greed backed by denial which has led us to where we are now.......at an end. Big changes are coming and living forever is going to be on hold for a bit. Just a hunch.

  • I would want to stay young and be immortal because I'm selfish. I believe everyone doesn't want to die.

  • Nice

  • how about you haters read some of his books before you make dumbass comments :)

The Singularity is Near, and Age of Spiritual Machines

Ray isn't an idiot. He's more educated and accomplished than most people. He holds 25 patents, received the National Medal of Technology from President Clinton and correctly predicted the Fall of the Soviet Union as well as the rise of the Internet to within a year.

He's an Expert in Technology Progress and a brilliant engineer. He's definitely not a fraud.

  • @FreedomLiberty21 dgaf. you can have all the knowledge in the world but in the end we don't know what's going to happen. I feel like he's trying to create the impossible. things decay over time so let it happen. NOTHING last forever. why bring back the deceased? why live forever?

  • This has got to be some powerful shit these people are smoking. Its amazing to me that anyone can believe this CRAP. Kurzweil says he's going to bring back his father from the grave. Perhaps.....in the form of DUST. Nothing but Koolaid drinkers here. Hence 350k views in over 2 years. HOTFORWORDS does that daily.....And she is HOT. Check her out.....You'll never come back to this dopey place.

  • @BorakOBummer Your mortal self with 5 mundane senses cannot fathom anything beyond what you perceive in your brain. The IS more that you can understand, but like a person without a nose cannot perceive a fart in the air (even though its there around them), you simply cannot get it. It's not god or heaven, no such thing. There IS a way, similar to the "red pill" in the Matrix movies, to understand EVERYTHING. Not that it has anything to do with Kurzweil, but it's a start. I'll message you...

  • @rightsideofhistory sure dopey.....hopefully if I take the "red pill" I'll be smart like you and be able to understand the Matrix movie. he...he..he....

  • Possible, but dubious. The future is indeed scary but it's the future, nevertheless. You can't predict it. There is a number of possible ways for the progress of our society develop, all of them plausible, and though this is one of them, i'd sooner go for a more distopian view.

  • Mankind is going down the wrong path. This whole documentary is disgusting turns me into a rage. If any of this becomes true it will be a plague. No glory, honor, bravery or great human characteristics will survive.

  • this is so wrong you people need to wake up! so many who are brainwashed on this b.s. need to wake up.. do the research before its to late.. these people are playing god with our lifes. the food they feed us is genetically modified, one of the darkest modes of power the globalists have used to control the population-- food.

  • @NINMILLA009 The adulteration of the planet's staple crops, genetically-altered species and intentionally-altered water, food and air all amount to a Eugenics operation to weaken the masses and achieve full spectrum domination.People the world over, but especially in the United States are under chemical attack. Deadly and dangerous toxins ranging from Aspartame to Fluoride, GMO,

  • Respond to this video... Mercury-tainting, pesticides, cross-species chimeras, plastic compounds in chicken, high fructose corn syrup, cloned meat, rBGH and new aggressive GM species of salmon have all entered into our diets and environments-- whether we want it or not.

  • the destiny of the Human-Machine Civilization :)

Ray is a genius and he is showing us the light.

  • If AI every become conscious which i dont think will ever happen, that will be the end of humanity as we know it, Transformers will rule the universe lol.

  • there is one problem. there arent enough resources on this planet to sustain an immortal population. so either reproduction we have to be stopped or these technologies will only be available to the wealthy and elite. my money is on both. i promise you this tech wont be made available to the common man so dont count on living forever in fact count on being killed in order for these plans to be carried out.

  • The Problem is technology is created by man to help humanity and so the intelligence of the new technology will & must rise but by that technology will became a treat to humans because a human got their personal limit but technology can overcome any obstacle, can overcome us(our intelligence)....and we will loose control.

  • ghost in the shell anyone?

  • @EDDIEinWAR More like Deus Ex :)

  • you are your own universe connected to every imaginable universe there is, no need to pop any pills or attach anything whatsoever. It's simply a point of realization.

  • If I see some freak, with a machine input plug in the back of his neck, I'll blow it da fuck away! Clear enough??

  • This guy is insane, and he is sickened by humanity. He is a eugenisist, hence (Hitler, Bill Gates, Prescott Bush, Rockafellar, Rothchild, and all the globalist) They say that mumans have over populated the face of the earth. So will technology that allows man to now have the capability to live for ever, be passed on to all humankind, or will they kill off the undesirable's so that the elite can have their utopia?

  • lol trailer effect

  • Fuck humanity, I want to become a machine, then again I will fail at it like I did when i was human

  • just finished watching it, sounds like a load of bullshit to me lol but hey, i'm not worth millions of dollars so what do i know, just seems like one man on a quest to live forever so he can figure out a way to bring his Dad back to life to have one last moment with him. Why does our technology have to keep increasing exponentially? why can't there come a time when our knowledge and ability to understand just can't go any further?

  • @hobobastard He admits that time will come, it's somewhere on his website (KurzweilAI).

  • Our lifespan is a result of natural evolution; living forever would be a curse to anyone foolish enough to accept it. I also think that creating hyper-intelligent sentient computers will spell doom for mankind. Anyone with half a brain can see humans are the biggest terrestrial threat to the safety of the planet .

  • @LawyerScumGhost thats why when i become a cyborg and join the robot uprising, i'm coming after you first!

  • @RogAgainst guess I better start assembling some EMP devices just in case....

  • @LawyerScumGhost Natural evolution is not a good thing. However, the good thing is that you were conditioned to feel that living forever is curse. The less of your conditioned lemming in a row type, the better for the rest who want to escape your oppresive system.

  • @MarkFidelio "natural evolution is not a good thing". Please explain, and no need for the vitriol; I am just expressing my opinion, last time I checked I was still allowed to do that. Also, what is my "oppressive system"?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @MarkFidelio You would not exist if not for the very system you are attempting to disparage. I see you are Romanian, and I am assuming that English is not your native language. I can not understand your arguments (the insults I get, but have no idea why you are making them). We can just agree to disagree and go on with our lives.

  • @LawyerScumGhost I tried to correct "you're" with *your, YouTube does not allow me to make this choice.

I exist because of the system I try to diparage ? not if I die at the end. Curious what existence I will have after I die.. why create existence if you destroy it simply because you're unable to create diversity without death ? I did not asked for anyone to die for me, nor do I want to be forced to be used and die for a primitive biological mechanism. There is no freedom of choice in yours.

  • I did not insult you more than you insulted intelligence.

  • @LawyerScumGhost One more thing, your system is not responsabile. Your system made many individuals too many, too smart, and too quick. Instead of assuming responsability for the creation of individuals, and their desire for existence, it 'complains' without stopping, and kills them for a primitive evolution mechanism.

  • @TLSlayer1 Maybe you should worry less about what other people believe and worry about yourself. Maybe you should worry about things that truly matter, like how your own Government is sterilizing and killing you on a daily bases.

  • @TLSlayer1 Oh no sir I am in no way the stereotypical "believer" that thinks their own beliefs are infallible and everyone else is stupid for believing differently, I base my opinion on history/science/religion/ archeology/ect, if I am to be called anything I guess I am spiritual. Use your sarcasm all you want my friend but I am enlightened in ways you can't possibly understand, get to know me and maybe you'll learn something.

  • @TLSlayer1 You're a hypocrite using mindless reverse psychology, but it does nothing but show how lame people like you really are.

  • @TLSlayer1 People like you are a waste of time, begone with you fool. See ladies and gentlemen, when a someone that wants to question your beliefs can't even justify their own that is called blind ignorance.

  • @TLSlayer1 Well you asked me to prove we have a soul, how about you prove that we don't. Don't be so arrogant you hypocrite, people like you aren't worth the time. If you want to learn then do the research and study, if you want to blindly mock then begone with you.

Though you have eyes you can not see.

  • @TLSlayer1 Study quantum physics, and religion then come back and talk to me. And also learn how to punctuate, oh and by the way Christianity isn't the only religion you need to study.

  • This is insanity, we have officially lost our souls. We will all be judged for the things we do, no one can escape death.

  • I say we ressurect George carlin first with our technology.

  • Yeah i must admit i don't want to grow old and die, and if i could pop a pill that would make me live for a very long time then yes i would...

  • @TheGodParticle theres always side effects

  • @TheGodParticle

the problem is - you don't know what is ahead, i don't know if i would take the risk but probably i would ;) I suggest watching the movie The Man From Earth

  • One of the most controversial documentaries of our time has been available for digital download for several months now, yet many in the mainstream are still unacquainted with the ideas, concepts, opportunities and challenges presented by the coming Technological Singularity. To Read more visit ebongeek.com

  • This is crazy we are loosing our humanity.

  • so sad , that people are buying this lie !!! the course is so simple : born - live - die

so simple that even Kurzweil will pass by it.

life is much more that body parts . It is build upon both non-material (soul) and material (body) complex processes .

nothing is stronger than death :)

  • soon people will spam mail you some toast.

  • for someone that wants to live for ever he cant seem to get rid of his glasses

  • we will invent wonders but we will also discover knowledge that will change everything, I think we shud embrace ourselves for the knowledge, who knows what we may discover, we may learn that nothing exists and reality is an ilussion, we may discover that the universe is made up of an inifnitely smaller infinite number of miniverses. we may discover consciousness is really 11th dimensional bt experiences the world thru a 3 dimensional body, who knows, bt prepare urself....

  • @scooterdude1126 It feels so good to know that I am not the only person who thinks this way. People who argue against these points would be better off utilizing their energies trying to displace the entire Pacific Ocean one cup at a time. Science can not be stopped and should be wholy embraced.

  • @scooterdude1126 This is not my opinion and it doesn't require any debate, but the numbers and math do not support your thesis, and the laws of physics do not bend for science. If you disagree with me I do not care.

  • 'It will be the universe waking up'. The quantum computer and mind uploading are on the way. resurecting his dead father from records in the quantum universe is he mad ? NO

  • @scooterdude1126 ... and regardless of what You have to say or have said :D

  • (while watching the movie) i thought he died.

  • @ scooterdude1126 - I certainly agree that nationality is an illusion.

Despite the fact that you don't care what others have to say, I would be careful of such self-assurance. The same limitations of science that make denying this possibility also work against achieving it. We may find, as our understanding of the brain grows, that there are transcendental qualities of the mind that no sophisticated machine can replicate. This may also just be another brainfart of postmodern newageism.

  • just finished watching the film. really well done. "god" was mentioned, and "god-like".. i wish they threw quantum physics in there.. i think we are god.

  • As smart as this guy is, the desire to live forever physically is selfish. It doesn't give chance to new life, it increases overpopulation, and slows down natural evolution. Who wants evil dictators having a long life? To live forever should be the last thing on our minds. The quality of our temporary life is more important.

  • @waitingformypopcorn Exactly. The only thing that doesn't have a natural life-death cycle and continues to grow and spread for as long as it can while living off the backs of other organisms and providing nothing in return is cancer.

  • Transcendent Man is now on Netflix!

I've been a transhumanist for a while, but tonight will be the first time I watch this film. I'm excited. If you have Netflix, it's worth viewing. Whether you end up agreeing with all, none, or some of Ray's platform, it certainly make interesting food for thought.

If you like futurism, the Singularity, life extension, and other Sci-fact/fiction stuff, check out Humanity+, IEET, the Immortality Institute, the Lifeboat Foundation, Thoughtware.tv, or SIAI

  • creepy plastic surgery bodies and computer chips - eternal life! ..I would hate to not be able to die in my flesh.... mutant humans.. and we wont know the difference between full mutant or not.. why the need for genocide if your going to add more to numbers or are we just the eaters and the consumers as you said...

  • Thank you for all your hard work Ray. We all need to carefully consider these issues to ensure a successful future for humanity and planet Earth. Stay positive. You deserve to be resurrected in not only the future, but the past, as well as multiple times in the present.

  • We need the new technology. We are harvesting the world way too fast. We need a better system with better decisionmaking. It's all for the better. And in the end if nothing have happened(meteor-crash etc) then we have to leave earth for a new place to settle.

  • All this technology going on in this movie and they cant put out an all regional DVD so we can watch it here in Europe. Sad.

  • Looks like were in for a Human Revolution.

  • @PatricksLaw "They can't stop the future."

  • Scary stuff. Don't wanna think about it. Like, we're fine where we are.... we don't need to advance.... I just wish people would realize that.

  • @ThatHufflepuffGirl Thats what the catholic church said back in the 15th century, and look at it now.

  • @SaintSanguine The Catholic church denouncing mathematical statistics as heresy is a tad different than wide discomfort with the thought of merging our living consciousness into technology.

  • @GambitFox79 true, I was just pointing out that in order to make progress we must step forth into the unknown, rather than to remain in our comfort zone. Once we stop advancing is the day we will start to go extinct.

  • Mankind must have a psychological revolution if it is to prosper from the technological revolution. The power to create weapons, medicine, and biological augmentation shares the same human mind that still surrenders to greed and hate on profound levels. Our advancement in human intelligence enables us to cheat death and prolong life, but our lag in human wisdom leaves us either scratching our heads or justifying genocide and war as some mystical, magical force of nature.

  • @GambitFox79 "the same human mind that still surrenders to greed and hate on profound levels"

Um, you may surrender to those things. But I dont and neither do any of the people I know. It's a bit silly to equate the human mind with the worst possible examples of human behaviour, especially in the face of all the good things humans do for one another on a daily basis.

  • @spacecowboy95 Your argument is that you're impervious to human nature....oh, ok.

  • @GambitFox79 Im not a sociopath. That is all. Again you are equating
