Estimated friend, if you want to listen again this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - looks for his direction URL in Google ( search Musica para Mimos in Google)-. best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is great, is very good ...!!!
For those interested, The OtherMothers, featured in the last part of this vid have re-joined and playing a gig in Greensboro on the 11th of April. The venue has already been changed (waiting to hear where) because of the huge response of this gig. I'll post where as soon as I hear. Come feel young again ya geezers!
Dick Hodgin AND Harry Simmons were gentlemen and VERY sweet. I spent a lot of time at the Brewery when I wasn't DJ-ing, and I loved it. I loved the Smiths AND the Connells, but the Bad Checks were my favorites. Ah, and the Flat Duo-Jets!Sour grapes, mamaslilbastard.
I had to chop the Don Dixon bit to get it under 10 mins. There's a bit of Andy chatting to Don Dixon and Mitch Easter in Don's studio but then they waste three minutes on footage of DD singing his own song "Some of the girls like to dance". I'm sure the man is to be admired for his production and other contributions to the scene but this is a bad bad cheesy song. I'll post it if you really want me to tho :)

Oh, and I was at the Comboland taping. It totally rocked. As I said, Sour Grapes.
Wish I could go back and have a Do-Over. Wouldn't change a thing.

The Char Grill looks exactly the same as in this video. However, it should be Raleigh rhymes with trolley, not sally. And, The CONNells.

Looks like The Brewery, in Raleigh. Those lights and curtains have been like that forever.

Yes, I even believe I was there @ the Brewery for these tapings! I'm so glad to actually see this 20+ years later.
