And Odumba's use of executive orders (more in his 1st few months than 2 terms of Bush) puts him closer to dictator than president, as he oftern completely bypasses the Congress and therefore the will of the People.

Look up what a true republic entails, and you will see that there are some differences. Our government now is more like a democratic republic.
