first of all, israel didn't kill anyone when it was founded. the arabs tried to destroy israel and kill all the jews. israel just defended itself.

secondly, do you think that all of israel's citizens are over 60 years old? most israelis were BORN in israel. so what do you want them to do, leave their country of birth and give it 'back' to a people most of whom weren't born there?

because the european countries don't just give away citizenship to anyone who asks. therefore the majority of israel's citizens CAN'T just move to europe. and why should they if they were born in israel?

the arabs have 22 huge countries to choose from. the jews have just 1 tiny country. and by the way their ancestors owned that land (there were no arabs there) and were forcly removed. so its not like the jews randomly chose a piece of land to settle. they returned to their original homeland.

after that the jews decided to take their destiny into their own hands and return to the country that there were once driven from, so that they could protect themselves from persecution.

back then israel was almost completely empty and deserted. read mark twein's describtion of the land a century ago "empty and barren wasteland"

the arabs started settling there the same time as the jews started returning. actually the british had a racist rule which allowed only 20,000 jews a year to enter and no similar restriction on the arabs. this was before the holocaust and if they hadn't done that a lot of jews might have been saved by coming to israel.

later the UN decided to split the land the jews accepted the arabs did not and instead tried to take over all the land. they started the war, not the jews
