@SHG3333 yeah i agree, this game is the best survival horror game to date. i only said the graphics are bad because the game is quite old. people will have different opinions. i might go back to this game though. i haven't played a good horror game in a while lol.

@finalfan456 the song is called 奉神御詠歌 New Translation. It's off the SIREN NEW TRANSLATION soundtrack. Th song that is used in the beginning is called Lament and it's on the same soundtrack.

No, it is not a pretty much like a sequel. It is a remake. Also, there is no difference between reimagining and a remake. Both use original source with slight alterations, as has been done here. This is not Siren 2, because Siren 2 already came out on ps2, and differs from Siren 1 being a clear sequel.

imaginings usually imply that it's been done in a whole different turn then the original aka westernizing it not for the sake of western audiences but just because you want to remakes adapt to the fan base your trying to appeal toward of course there was so little fan base for Siren in America that they didn't bring the second one to the states.
