You probably live in an area or your house is positioned in such a way where wind produces what is similar to a small cyclone (twister/tornado) the light from whatever source is being captured by your camera the accuracy happens a lot but is unseen to the humane eye until something like dust,water, or light reveals it to your eyes hope this helps ease your mind.
