@undertakerfreak1127 Not suprising from my experience. I developed cluster headaches. Feels like my eyes are being pulled out from the back of my head. Round the clock headaches. So bad, I could not think. Literally. 4 trips to the ER, 3 CT scans. Got referred to a neurologist. Wait time? The last week of June. I called to schedule an appointment last month! I seriously told that lady to go fuck herself, apologizing later, not being in the right state of mind lol. 4 trips to the ER, lady! Fuck!
@undertakerfreak1127 haha thanks :) I think it is going to be a while & I am somewhat ok with that, however I do wonder how those who are more fragile may have taken something like that being said to them about it being so "unfortunate"... Yes, your healthcare system seems insane. The problem here is that it is such a small town & there isn't a real attraction for doctors to work here. Ours is here only a few days a week & as far as I am aware he works elsewhere almost every day.

The lady was dying of cancer and no doctor could book her in for some time, so they made the 2.5 hour drive here. If this was faster (and like I said it is a 2 week + wait), I hate to think how long the waiting lists are in Esperance. That being said our health care is all paid for by medicare (well most, depending on where one goes, but we are covered here).
@TheWestAussie yeah it seems like an odd thing to be put on a waiting list for...however keep in mind we also have to wait at least 2 weeks for a doctors appointment as well...
That's ridiculous!! Too bad if you were in desperate need! There are a few helplines that you can call if you feel you need to speak to someone. I say listen to Mike Falzone .. that will definitely make you happy! :) x
@karmagirl74 I know...the process to get help is quite a lengthy one. I am ok (a zillion times more stable than most) but just frustrated. Yes, I self medicate with chocolate and coca cola...and as for Mike yes, he makes me smile very much ;) Oh...and your video is on the way....tee hee.

I hope you can get in as soon as possible. As fucked up as our healthcare system is here, I can't ever recall having to wait so long to see a doc.

it sux having to wait been there myself. they should realize your there for help and it defiantly should not be something to put on a waiting list
