i have a crazy idea that just might work.... iv seen alot of people putting 1-/22s in p90 airsoft bodies, because they work good as a bullpup stock,. what im wondering is, because you have to link the triggers, if you did it right, and put a spring in there, when you pull the p90 trigger, it pushes an arm that cranks the activator half way, then you release the trigger, and the spring pushes it back, completeing the rotation. the more you consecutivly pull the trigger, the faster it goes.
@gotnobrain22 It should pop out. Thats how it presses the trigger. It comes with multiple pieces that go into it for adjustment so you may need to use a different. I've had contact with the owner of the company and they said that the original prototype depressor was made from a Popsicle stick so you can cut your own if you don't have the ones that came with it.
Please respond. I recently got a BMF activator and was mostly pleased, but the crank moves so fast it shoots the trigger before the round enters, uncocking the gun. Any advice?
@TheyxSeexMexTrollin Dont spin the crank so fast. All guns will react differently. I haven't had this problem personally so cant say for sure. May have something to do with ammunition. Maybe try ammo thats a little bit hotter so it all moves faster.
@shawnsent I've tried messing with it as is out of the box on my ak before and did not work too well but have been told since that the original design of the depressor was based on it Popsicle stick. So maybe with some experimenting it may work. I'll try it one day but if you try it i would seriously suggest using a bi pod with and ak.
@livinglegend1986 You can use an activator on an ak or sks if you use a longer "activator bar" (the piece that actually pulls the trigger)- The activator bars that come with the activator (3 different sizes) ARE all too short. If you cut a piece of plastic the same width and thickness but a little longer it will work fine on your ak-
@shawnsent I mounted it on an 84 SKS, and it functions flawlessly. I did a lot of dry runs in the basement, and last 4th of July, my father-in-law and I tried it out in the backyard. He's a Viet-vet and told me it sounded EXACTLY like an AK.
Use a folding stock and a bipod, grip the stock like a spade grip and crank... and you have an awesome defense weapon.
If your worried about leaving the two circle marks from the set crews that are cut into the trigger guard. all you need to do is use a thin piece of metal from a soda can cut and wedged under the screws...works fine holds the bmf in place and wont leave any marks.
@mrmikerotch I may be wrong but i believe that there is some bogus atf law against using a motor to achieve full auto fire. The only reason this is legal because it takes human power to cause each bullet to fire. But i like your thnking. I thought bout doing that before and found it would not have been legal. lol
@livinglegend1986 I wasn't thinking full auto, but from what I read, semi auto should be legal. I'll try to find an offical statement and post it, but holy crap, double tapping like a marker? That is gonna be sweet.
@mrmikerotch I don't see the point to hookng it up to a servo if your not trying to achieve full auto(which is illegal after 1986). For double tap i thnk your better off leaning trigger and gun control. In my personal opinion.
@livinglegend1986 wouldnt it be just like a minigun? with this crank, the firearm is like a gatling gun, and arnt mini guns just basically electric motor driven gatling guns?
hey thanks for the info, and yes it did answer a lot of my questions. And now that ruger is using the polymer trigger guards it wond scuff as quickly. lol I'm very picky about my guns, whether i pay $50 or a grand :)

The white, nylon screws are for use on the 10/22 and all other aluminum trigger guards. The steel screws are for steel trigger guards.
This is akin to rocket science, so don't just speculate and post. Know what all the parts are for, before you post.

I wonder if you could hook it up to a stepper/servo-microcontroller to get a paintball like trigger. I'll have to look on BATF.

@akatyboy I'm not very picky about my guns usually as long as they shoot reliably. Have a couple of guns that i'm picky on but for the most part not.
