And although I love both Ezio and Altair, players had more of a personal and emotional attachment to Ezio because he originally sought vengeance, and Altair was doing what he was told (although, granted, he was also sort of seeking a bit of retribution xD). Not to mention, with the plot, we're with Ezio longer. We follow Altair for like, the span of a few months, while we follow Ezio for like, over a decade or so. o: I don't know, specifically. But I love these games :D
