I saw a documentary about how some of Colombia's citizens are extracting vigilante justice on the drug lords. It sounds great until you learn the details. For example, one of Colombia's leading drug lords was killed by local citizens. Cops founds his tortured and mutilated body. Nice except lying next to him was the tortured and mutilated body of his 12-year old son.
