  • Any fund, state, local, or federal would informed anyone that when you withdraw funds you have to pay state and local taxes. Any fund manager will ask you BEFORE you withdraw any funds that your responsible for ALL taxes! Just because you state your ignorant of the tax laws isn't a way out of paying!

  • I hate that the fucker on the end just cuts them off and treats people like children.

  • high taxes

  • he should have sue not for the intrest but for whatever he paid this guy and he would win

  • Okay this judge clearly does not understand how SLOW the government is at getting back to accountants -- first hand knowledge here, he's not lying.

  • The plaintiff is HOT! nice daddy

  • Mmm taxes are weird things. It can be such a strange web of rules.

And making mistakes is human.. and the tax system is to say the least not that easy to double check. I guess that is the best have 2 tax advisors do your taxes.

  • 4 people didnt pay their state taxes...

  • @466010 My don't you sound like the self righteous and self centered bitch. You need to get a good man and get laid and let other people alone. And if you are a man,,,,, well I still say you need to get a good man, get laid and leave everyone else alone.

  • @PeoplesCourtHQ1: Hmm, but aren't you doing the same thing? Yeah exactly, so shut it! By the way, it's been over 2 months and nothing has happened to this channel. Guess you're losing, huh? Might as well give up.

  • "I'm only asking him to pay interest" Hahahaha ok.

  • Mobsters on the left.

  • LOVE the way he said Penalized @ 10:46 XD

  • peoples court > judge judy

  • @elektrikbuz Judge Judy > People's Court.

  • @elektrikbuz judge judy>people's court

judge judy is the boss man most her court cases ar eunder 13 minutes she doesn't waste time trying to add drama to the case she is insanely smart and intimidating

  • @IHeArTrOcK20 strongly disagree. Judge Judy often acts prematurely and makes hasty decisions much too often.

  • @vaniferro well i disagree with you i never felt she has made a bad ruling people often just don't like her because of her strong character but she's a wise judge

  • At 10:31 the head of the white supremacist womens auxiliary is standing behind them!

  • The Plaintiff is a fucking bozo and WHO is that scary looking bitch standing behind during the ending interview?

  • Ouch, aren't you supposed to have a college degree in accounting? How'd he get his math wrong?

  • @acewings221 Actually, you don't have to have a college degree to do taxes. To be an Accountant though, you do. The guy my husband went to was also.

  • Just realized I made a typo in the first paragraph. The last line should have said, that "Some accountants want you to come back year after year."

  • con... they will artifcally make it so you be get more back that you are supposed to. That happened to my family two years ago, my husband insisted on going to one of these people. I'm an accounting student and could have done the taxes, but he wanted to use this guy. It was only after being burned that my husband finally learned that I might have been right.

  • Ok. Last year we got hit because of an unsavory tax preparer. I could have shot my husband for that one. You have to be very careful when you have your taxes filled out. Even if they claim that they are an "Accountant", that doesn't mean they won't play fast and loose with your money. If you goto a place that simply files out taxes, they are likly to at least try to get it right. Some accountants, not all want you to come back year after year.

  • Doesn't the plaintiff sound like James Gandolfini?

  • Unfair ruling though I think.

  • @naughtynaez - I understand the judge's ruling... The Plaintiff benefited from the use of the money, as if it was a loan from the government, so he pays the taxes for the privilage of keeping that money an extra 2 years. That aside, I also believe the Defendant asked him if he wanted to take the risk... he just didn't think he'd get caught. Plenty of people try to fudge their tax returns and cross their fingers.

  • @pixiegirl131415 The Defendant didn't really owe the plaintiff the money, but the D screwed up big time by signing that return as a preparer. An ethical preparer would never sign a return when the client said they wanted to roll the dice and try to slip some obviously taxable income past the state.

  • @zmzmkt Oh, I agree that there was shady moves made by both, but I just doubt that the P had no idea of what the D was doing on his taxes. No clean hands on either side.

  • @zmzmkt Are tax preparers required to sign? (I really don't know).

  • IThe video says its been up for a month, but it just showed up today. Odd. But yay new videos!
