  • 13:23 to me Molasar looks a lot like the Vilepawn Archfiend yugioh card monster. Wonder if they got the Archfiend look idea from this scene.

  • There's no mistaking a Michael Mann film. Love the use of anamorphic lenses which add to the eerie effects. If it was remade today (I certainly hope it doesn't get remade) it would be full of CGi plus over use of fake anamorphic lens flare because no one knows how to shoot on film anymore.

  • Cuz I give so much weight to originality, I can't help but feel torn. The temporal weight of this film, stands against the original material found in the novel. Saw this when it came out & read the book only recently.

    Eidetically unique, having never seen anything like it since, the art in this film is outstanding. Molasar's look is stupendous; FX done to make him look more elemental than his book form. Original, but not. Can't help but wonder why it was done this way. Should I thank or dispute?

  • I know! I saw it. When it came out... and realizing that Tangerine Dream... WHO were they? NOw I have collection.  The biggining them is all I have to say.. here that.
