  • I remember that town hall. The laughing man is wrong. Poor fool.

  • so i guess you wouldn't mind someone barging into your room whenever they feel like as many times as they like right?

  • Lets be honest, at least for a brief moment, shall we? The statistical likelyhood of, "Someone barging into my house", because I am a terrorist or some other nonsense very unlikely. Mostely becuase I am not a terrorist, I do not speak highly of terrorism, nor do I support terrorists or their affiliates. So unless you are doing something really stupid, like say, talking about how cool terrorists are I think that we will all be just fine. Besides, how many times has this happened to you?

  • i never said you were a terriorist, i'm just saying that with your first response that you would probably feel that it would be fine to wiretap someones phone with little evidence of the person or maybe get raided by your own government because you were "a little suspicious". You could do nothing and still be considered a threat. That was how bad the Bush Administration was.

  • And do you think Obama is not conducting the same anti-terror tactics now? It would be silly to assume that they are not. I for one belive that we are living in a very scary world where very scary men would like to kill us all for no good reason. If you have an alternative sulotion to the problem, I will listen. How would you stop people who will do anything to kill their enemy, including killing themselves? That is a level of madness that we as Americans have a really hard time understanding.

  • well Obama isn't stupid enough to get caught if he is doing such a thing at this moment, and i believe that there is a solution to stop terrorism than to invade an american's right to privacy and break the law. i don't care who you are, it's still breaking the law. just like torture, there is a better way to find a solution to get the information that we need instead of taking the easy way out while throwing away our rights as AMERICANS

  • And that solution is what? I comletely agree about torture, it is an ineffective way to get information. You must understand that the law allows for such invasions of privacy, and is in no way "breaking the law" If Obama thought that it was wrong he would do something about it. Obama has placed many normal americans on terror watch lists because their political ideas are different than his. All I am saying is that; my privacy has never been invaded. You seem like an intelligent person. Think.

  • the way this political system has been structured, their should be equal powers to three governing bodies, executive, congress and senate, and the judicial and using such powers above and beyond what you're intentions are is not right. and obama may or may not have done what you said at the end i don't know. but the fact is, your privacy can be invaded at any point in time. the government can read your email and other things as well. to say blindly that your privacy was never invaded is absurd

  • Ok, I will admit that my privacy might have been invaded, and to be quite honest I don't really care. I don't break the law, I don't have any plans about breaking the law. I don't really care if they can read my e-mail or tap my phones because ultimately, if they "kick my door down" I did something stupid. I have come to look forward to your replies. You seem like a very passionate, reasonable, person and I appreciate that.

  • the same can be said about you as well. it's nice to see some form of an intelligent person comes on youtube haha and i can see your stance as you keep saying that you haven't done anything wrong, but i just don't like the principle of someone "checking up" on me whenever they feel like it. i do not believe that's what our fore-fathers fought for. infact, that was partly what they were fighting against once england started quartering troops in civilian houses

  • @DevildudeKemp Dude how dare you racist conservative lier say Obama Put people on the Terror Watch list when it was Bush Jr. One of our founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin said "Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither". Your conservative pride is greater then humanity. Government is suppose to Protect, server and organize it's civilization, not destroy it.
