  • This seems so full if one considers the loge seat.Tchaikovski is a giant who could be heard in the bathroom. Humanity is fortunate.

  • brings back a lot of memories to me i can remember playing solo 1st flute on this...never changes..just the musicians..time marches on but not the classics they will remain the same for generations to come. i can still see those 32nd note glissandos at the end of the piece as well as the runs that were so much fun to play..way to go guys you were terrific.

    thanks for the recording! This piece was so much fun to play -- especially those bass drum hits around 6:40

    Hearing the reverb of the hall like that... so amazing!
