Is this not dangerous? What if you touched the coils, what kind of jolt would you get, and why not cover them in plastic housing, would that eliminate shock possibility?

Could making a larger one of these be a weapon like the govt is now using to knock out electricity in private planes and cars and people; a silent weapon, scarey.
