well for the last 400 friggin chapters naruto has been trying to get sasuske back to the village. luffy would bring him back in 2 seconds go gear second/ third and kick his ass then bring him back then pwn all the other ninjas and he has no "chakra" (technicality) so ginjutsu wouldnt work on him

Luffy would win pretty easily. Naruto's only real attack that could do ANYTHING to Luffy would be Rasen-Shuriken, but it takes so long that a Gear Second Luffy could easily avoid it with a simple Soru or negate it with an attack of his own.

we have yet to see the true power of naruto(he has only ever had 4 tails, thats less than half of the full power there is!) However, luffy is much faster and has increase in all his stats in gear second and third. Its unsure who would acually win. Dont compare shows to eachother. Naruto could for all we know be a zoan user that transform into a fox in One piece, and Luffy could have used stretch jutsu in naruto. The thing is, dont compare shows. Abilities and strength wary from show to show...
