@Xerxes371 jesus man calm down.lol. actually he is most likely using what we call a high build primer. It fills in the little imperfections. seeing how they are painting over an existing paint job, they probably accidently put some large but not too huge scrathes. The high build will fill it giving them a nice primer to paint over
